The artwork in Today's Daily Jigsaw Puzzle is titled "La Place De La Concorde" (1872) and the artist is Joaquín Pallarés Allustante ♥

Joaquín Pallarés Allustante (1853–1935) was a Spanish painter celebrated for his vivid depictions of 18th-century genre scenes, portraits, and historical compositions.

Born in Zaragoza, he received his artistic education at the art academies of Zaragoza and Madrid, further refining his skills in Paris and Rome.

In 1886, Pallarés was appointed as a drawing professor at the Escuela de Bellas Artes and was the curator of the Museo de Antigüedades in Zaragoza. He later moved to Paris, collaborating with the Goupil art dealership, where he produced numerous works that captured the leisure activities of the affluent, such as promenades, musical gatherings, and ballroom dances.

His style was influenced by Marià Fortuny, which is evident in his luminous color palette and delicate brushwork. Pallarés's art offers a window into the elegance and social dynamics of his era, though he remains less renowned than some of his contemporaries.
