Andy Mullins is a twin-screw towboat built in 1963 by St. Louis Shipbuilding, Inc., St. Louis, MI.
It is 55 feet long, 22 feet wide and powered by N14-M diesels rated at 1050hp (repowered in 2002. Andy Mullins was originally owned by Waterfront Services Co., Cairo, IL, as the P.V. Branum. She was renamed Leona Wolter in 1966, but renamed back to P.V. Branum in February, 1972. She was renamed in 1983 as the John Holland and rebuilt by Barbour Metal Boat Works, St. Louis, MO. Again renamed, in 1989, as the Charles Baugh. Finally, she was sold to Madison Coal & Supply Co., Charleston, WV, and renamed Andy Mullins. Madison Coal became Amherst Madison, Inc., Charleston, WV in January, 2010.
