Why are you reporting this puzzle?

This courthouse in Columbus, Kansas is the seat of the most southeastern county in the state. Its square is nice and has a neat little clock tower. The courthouse was constructed in1956 from a Schrage & Nichols design. Its façade is marred by discoloration around the lettering.

We will blame the discoloring of the lettering on those doggone pigeons.

I love all the pigeons sitting up on the sign. The banding on the building reminds me of the banding you see in bluffs out in the Flint Hills.

I love the clock tower, but the building doesn't really appeal. Pretty trees though!
Thanks and hugs Rettch.
