I wouldn't be surprised, either, Bill.
Thanks, Pat. I agree it is wonderful.
Wouldn't that have been a marvelous experience, Isaly?

Isaly

Oh to have been able to see this in person. TFP

Andy has described it perfectly. Thank, Plum, it's wonderful.

Come to think of it, the place where I saw the dance was more likely Taos. It's been such a long time ago my memory is not that clear. I wouldn't be surprised if this image came from the same area. Thanks!

Plumpossum

The card doesn't say precisely where, Bill, but it says this dance is done only by the Pueblo Indians. The card was sent from Albuquerque by my sister to her granddaughter in 1969. The card was published by a Phoenix company.

Thanks, Plum. I remember seeing a dance like this in Santa Fe when I was young. Did your postcard say where this was photographed?

Plumpossum

Oh, that would be a memorable experience, PKH! Thanks for commenting!

Elegant indeed! Thanks, Larry!

I love how natural his wings appear in this pose, almost as if taking to flight. Rather elegant I'd say. Great find and a fun puzzle. Thanks Plum!
