Oooh. I love the sounds of that. I snorkelled off a beautiful little island off Malaysia's north west coast, whose name I have forgotten now. And it was wonderful. But my all-time best experience was snorkelling the GBR off Port Douglas, or P Duggie as we amused ourselves by calling it! LOL I actually think that could have been one of the most amazing things I have ever done. It was so extraordinarily beautiful! And I think it's gift that the marine animals choose to spend time with you. That experience was full of some funny times too. Like when our gung-ho guide shouts out "sharks", and without thinking, we all follow him to see the reef sharks, who were perfectly safe. But part way through the swim to them, I confess to thinking "what the hell am I doing?" LOL

And thanks for the good wishes. I did have a nasty migraine this morning. But am feeling much better now - and will feel even better tomorrow, I know. And thanks to re my amethyst puzzle. I'm sad about the level of interest in it. But I guess I have to get over it, huh? LOL And I have to confess to enjoying my life of leisure too. But all good things have to come to an end. And I'm starting to ramp up the job search now. at this stage, there's not too much (read nothing) out there that ticks all my boxes (training coordinator role, in an organisational development department, locally based or within 20 kms from home, in one of the three levels of government or public sector or values based organisation). But I'm not giving up this early in the hunt! (❛ᴗ❛)

Hi Kirsten
No - it's a dream! We did go there a couple of years ago, place called LikuLiku on the Yasawa islands. Lots of snorkelling on a beautiful reef that you could just walk out to from the beach hut. Lovely place! Hear through the grape vine you have not been too well, hope you are all better now. I have nearly finished the Amethyst puzzle - lovely things Amethysts - I used it as the Server password years ago, nearly drove the IT guy mad - he couldn't ever remember how to spell it! We are settling in very nicely to retirement, although I have to go in tomorrow for an hour or so, so nice not to have to set the alarm, and no business shirts to iron! Cheers, Janet :))

Is this a hint? Have you just been? Are you there now? Are you going soon? Will you take me too? LOL!! (❛ᴗ❛)
