I think so too, never meant to walk the earth like normal dogs. I do like the formlessness and feathery-ness of her presentation.

Is this your balloon dog? She is very much like a collie mix that we had many years ago. She had a pink nose though and a soft coat like angora wool! Looks like the dog in your picture has that same soft coat! Lovely and loyal pet!! Not sure how to get her down--wouldn't want to deflate her! LOL
