Thank you, Dulcette. Perhaps because it appears to be a simple weave pattern, our eyes/mind trick us? In reality it can be utterly confusing seeing the pieces scattered all over the place! I made it so, in theory, I know what pattern is where etc but yet it took me almost three hours to solve it ☺

Dulcette

These are so hard, but I love them. Thank you foxymoron. And I don't even understand why they are so hard.

foxymoron

Ditto ☺

Thanks. Your reply's and encouragement keep me going.

foxymoron

Oh, jusangi! Yes, I know for certain sure you are not a quitter; not stubborn either!
I understand the "wonderful hours" - although at nearly three hours of solving time the "wonderful" was wearing pretty darn thin for me LOL. You can be justifiably proud of not quitting. Thank you for sticking with it ☺

When I first looked at this puzzle, it appeared to be workable I as up to the challenge. Beginning it was very slow ran into a few snags with some of the pieces that were multi-colored and thought "What did I get myself into"?. As you know, I will not quit; you knw my determination. Thanks for wonderful hours in working this puzzle. :-)

foxymoron

Not to worry, mate! Next one is all dots and will be posted after I've had lunch... about 7AM ET Down Under ☺

GoldenCat

Woe is me, how the mighty has fallen, gazumped and rosette-less ! Never mind, looking forward to the next one - cheers

foxymoron

Thanks, NannyC - challenge is an understatement!

foxymoron

Thank you kindly, tinlal ☺

foxymoron

Thanks, Janet.
Two hours? You are too modest, girl - you had time to spare☺
I am loving it that we can make the 600 size. I've been through my templates and re-sized a lot of them a 3 to 2 ratio so we can make the whopper size. Not sure I'll ever solve one but I realise you and so many other stubborn... oops, make that determined... solvers will rise to the challenge ☺
Obviously you are stu... determined! as you did that 24,000! That is mind boggling!!

foxymoron

Dear Janet, if anyone tries to gazump you, I'll make a million piece puzzle of one colour and make them solve it! Your rosette is safe!

Great challenge. Thank you.

Fantastic, I so love this size and your style, thank you

GoldenCat

Hey - I even got a little rosette ! Will I lose it when I get gazumped ? :))

GoldenCat

Yea - What a great way to occupy 2 hours !! Thank you for coming up with such a whopper! Next stop the moon! (Largest puzzle I have done was the 24,000 Life but I have to admit I did it with a friend - another jigsaw tragic!) Cheers, Janet :))

foxymoron

Thanks, WCS. This is the first time we've been able to make 600 pieces ☺
Look at you on the leaderboard!! Never fear, I will not be a threat to your top spot LOL.

foxymoron

My berry friend, I salute you!

glad to see some big ones again. Great challenge!!!

bkberry7

Alrighty then!! Got it bookmarked--the bigger the better. Thanks foxy-------

foxymoron

Wise choice! I cannot begin to imagine 60 pieces on a phone let alone 600! I'd need a microscope to see a piece LOL.

u2walkn3

Almost makes me want to buy a laptop, again!
600 sounds like so much fun but I’ll stick to much smaller puzzles with my phone:)
