I make in a spring form pan, Suzy. Bake the hash brown crust, throw in whatever I have on hand (left over meat and fresh vegies), pour whipped eggs and sour cream on top, throw in some chives and top with whatever cheese I have on hand and then let bake again for an hour. One of Jack's favorites.
Wish I had some leftovers for you Wendy, but the dish disappeared very quickly.
