Oh yummmm! Love halibut and this dish looks/sounds divine. :-))

Oh Carol, so sweetly said! ♥♥♥

Oooohhhh - This looks sooooo DELISH!!! Yum!!! :-)

Sally, I was home and probably thinking about bed and book. I have two friends who were at the table.......all I can say is their Guardian Angels were sitting on their shoulders. We may be the safest town in Washington but trust me I would not walks the streets at night and look around carefully when going to/from my car.

Jaklien, you would love it and they would love you.

I wish I could fly over tomorrow to book me a seat in Fraser's Gourmet Hideaway!!!

OMG. I just saw the article--right after reading about your "safe" town. Hope you were off that evening. Too much excitement.

Sally, BTW did you happen to read the Whidbey News-Times article, I posted on my Facebook page, regarding an interesting "happening" at the restaurant? If not, I will PM you. PS......steak for dinner, excellent choice! ;)

LOL! I am laughing at your meat and potatoes comment Carol. I just broiled a steak for dinner! Gorgeous meal from your chef. Thank you.

Hi Suzy! If I had the recipe I would be happy to share it with you. I am the bookkeeper at a GREAT fine dining restaurant......the Chef/Owner and staff prepare the most incredible food! Me? I cook good old meat and potatoes. ;) I see, from you bio, you are on Cape Cod. We have Oceans in common.........look w-a-y across the country to just off the coast of Washington (north of Seattle) and across from Vancouver Island.......there we are, Whidbey Island!

I want this recipe!
