Why are you reporting this puzzle?

One Christmas eve Ann said that she wanted to go to the seaside for Christmas day. As I had been reading about a lighthouse that is supposedly haunted about 65 miles away, we got up early packed some lunch and drove up to Talacre Beach in North Wales. Luckily the tide was out so we could get close to the lighthouse. Then walking along the lovely sandy beach we spotted parts of a bird nesting box washed up on the sand which we took home, cleaned and repaired the box and mounted in the garden. Blue Tits have used the nesting box for the following three seasons.

Ohhhh, wonderful news. Kind of you to let me know!! Four Wings And A Prayer, Dennis!

ChilliFlakes

Hello NoonieChoo. I'm pleased to report that four blue tit fledglings flew from the bird box this morning at 07.42 I hope they survive. Dennis.

Bonzhonzlefonz

Hello Dennis, that's right, I too am hooked. It started when our daughter showed me her new GPS device, she needed it for rescue dog work at the time. And then we discovered geocaching. Which I appreciate very much: As a tourist, I am shown special features in the holiday resorts that I would never have seen otherwise, and that I probably wouldn't even know about as a local.
We hope that it will soon be possible to go away again with the motorhome. At the moment, the campsites are either still closed or totally booked.

ChilliFlakes

Hello Bonzhonzlefonz, yes, we have been geocaching since 2016. We saw some people behind our motorhome one morning fiddling with something so I asked what they were doing. They introduced us to geocaching and said it was a good reason to go for a walk.
As we walk anyway we gave it a try and became hooked on it.
As you will understand it took us to places we would never have seen.
Just getting back to it after all the lockdowns and that was when we came across one with a jigidi clue.
Hooked again.

Hi ChilliFlakes. Good Day to you and yours. Giving back or a little helping hand to nature, is always a gift that comes to the giver! A few years ago, we had a large hanging plant above our front porch, that kind of lost its luster. A beautiful couple of Doves, fell in love with it, as it seemingly was just what they were “house hunting” for. They dressed it up to their liking....making their Family Condo!! From our window, we were privy to eggs...little “ Peep...Peep...Peep...Peeps, the flutter of tiny wings, then sadly and gladly, this glorious gift became an “ empty nest. “ Brings a tear to my eyes, relating to my human children!! Thanks for letting me share. It shows, we’re all connected with Nature.

Hello NoonieChoo, thank you for your comments, I'm so pleased to have brought some delight to your day.
Today we have been watching the Blue Tits rushing in and out of the nest box feeding the young who will be leaving the nest soon. We don't know yet how many are in there but as we have a camera watching outside the box and last year there were five and we watched every one make their leap to the big outdoors.
Regards Dennis.

It’s so wonderful to “ travel “ to places I could never see in actuality. Thank You, Heartfully, ChilliFlakes, for the sand between my toes!!! Delightful Story.

Bonzhonzlefonz

I just saw in your profile that you do geocaching. We have something in common :-))
