It seeded by itself. It was a Rose of Sharon. When the flowers fall they get slimy and messy. So i dug it up and away it went. They come up so easy. Thank you .

Dear Beverly - (and everybody else I don't know). I hope you are fine and enjoying the summer. Denmark and most of Europe has decided to treat corona as any other vira, so all is back to normal.
I went to an Ed Sheran concert on saturday with 40000 others. That was his last of 4 concerts with in all 162000 spectators. Unknown in DEnmark before. Not counting all the freebees sitting on a nearby hill. It was spectacular.

Sweet Else, thank you so much for your greetings. So far I am well. Thank the Lord.
My nephew just out of quarantine today. He was tested covid about two weeks ago.
He said he was totally frightened. His parents are my age and he worries for them.
They were tested and are fine. His dad has Parkinsons and is not doing well.
This pandemic has never really stopped. I did get two vaccines but have not gotten the Booster, I will go after Christmas ....I hope the Lord lets me. :))

All is fine here - that is for Omicron, which has totally spoilet our X-mas celebrating. So from we all should have been together, it dwindled to our youngest son and his family, and today he is corona positiv (for the secend time this year), so it will only be my husband and me to celebrate X-mas together. Annoying, but we will survive.

How nice of you to get in touch. I am still doing some puzzles, but not like I used to. I just happened to be in a puzzle and noticed Lisa12 ...I always thought she had nice puz;zles. So many players have not been seen.
Our pandemic is not under control, by any means. To many people think they know it all and many know nothing. What a dilemma. I am happy to hear that your country is faring much better than USA...I have been vaccinated and now it appears that I and many others must get number 3. Lord save us all.

Hi Beverly. Its a long time I have not seen from you, but I just saw you were calling for Lisa. I hope you and your family are all well. Denmark is somehow through the worst corona troubles, as about 75% of the population is vaccinated, and all restrictions (apart from travelling restrictions) have been lifted. A great relief! We've been having the same heat wave, Bev. Had a thunderstorm this afternoon though, so maybe that will clear out some of the humidity. It's been so bad, I haven't hung clothes on the line because I didn't think they'd ever dry. lol

It is good to hear from all of you and that you are taking care of yourself! Here the situation is very delicate. My husband and I have been locked up since March! Receive a big hug from Chile !!

I understand. When GA opened back up, people in Tennessee flocked there to get nails done, hair etc. Now the county I am in has seen a big jump in cases. The NY Times even mentioned it. People who are traveling state to state who don't need to are selfish. Everyone wants to have fun, but don't give this virus to others or even yourself. Dying from Covid 19 is not a pleasant way to go. I was in Walmart last week because I needed food, and saw people buying bathing suits. Where are you going? I now see a lot of Florida tags around here now. So I understand looking at those NY tags and being like uhm nope. I feel the same way looking at the Florida tags. We are in it for the long haul.

No OAA, you did not offend me. I'm just tired of cruddy people and even though I am an introvert I'm tired of being closed off. I do for the record think people are being selfish for traveling around. Things are just too unsteady now.

Although I don't really have any friends I would like a few, but now that seems impossible. Because of DNA and way too much stress I have developed heart problems, sky high BP, and I still have pancreatitis.

I imagine that if you have friends and family you can't hug it would be an awful feeling. I'll continue wearing a mask, and I've always carried hand sanitizer, my own tp, and soap. I have seen a few articles that a couple dogs and cats have gotten the virus. I'm like really? Now I feel some type of way holding Munchie. She is constantly wanting to be picked up, snuggled with. Yeah these are not good times at all. Huge hugs:))

I live in Denmark, the Copenhagen area. I was at the west coast of Denmark 2 weeks ago, when the border was opened for Germans to go to summerhouses. 4 out of 5 cars comming from south were German.
We do believe that distance and cleanliness do the trick. And it does - to en extend that less people has died from other sicknesses than corona. So now we are opening up, and so is most of Europe, but corona is still with us, and flare up here and there, and I am sure it will continue till they get a usefull vacine.
So take well care of yourselves, keep good hand hygiene, keep your distance - go somewhere else if you cannot - and it is a good idea to open your mouth to tell people if they don't.
Stay safe.

Donna, I do understand that so well. I live in the north of the Neterlands, that's the lake district. We didn't have much problems with Covid, even not when it was on top here. Now Netherlands is close to Corona free and most things are allowed again. Soon in Europe the borders are open again. We will get tourists. We lived very careful last months, the only place I went was the hospital for my monthly check and my walks with the dog. We kept distance all the time. Now I am afraid for what's going to happen. I wish everyone stayed at home until the virus has been eradicated everywhere or until there is a vaccin. Hugs ♥♥♥

It is always with much delight to hear from you. If I go to the market, I will wear a mask, many others do not, but I will follow the rules. I have been to two funerals and we all wore masks. One funeral was Catholic and the other, for my most dear friend, was Orthodox. All wore masks. The leader of our nation has been lifting restrictions and I find that alarming. The virus has spiked up in the south and the west in USA.
I shall abide by the rules and follow my heart. Pray the Lord still allows me more life.

Hello Beverly. I 've seen you have been here today, så I assume you are still all right. I hear about the alarming numbers of new covid19 cases in the States, and cannot help thinking of you and other friends in the high risk group.
I and my family are all right here and Denmark is somehow getting back to nearly normal (with restrictions). I am expecting a new grandchild any day now, and if I want to visit and see it I am not allowed to see my other grandchildren for at least a week before. (They are with others in kindergarden).

Thank you for the compliment. I am in my house since Mar. 19. I ventured out yesterday with my daughter Patricia, she ran the errands and I went for the ride and stayed in the car. It was nice to get out. Our Governor has extended our quarantine to May 01, that is fine with me. I pray all this will pass.
