Had some good news so far in football draft. I know you are keeping up with it. Roll Tide! Stay safejudy dblay 22 April 2020 @johnjones32 Hi, Judy. Thank you for your prayers. As the next round or two of storms come here in Alabama, you ALSO take care, my friend. I really wish this bad weather would stop and, hopefully, it WILL soon. You be safe (weather-wise and Virus wise), Judy and prayers for you and your family are sent your way with love and big hugs also. johnjones32 19 April 2020 Donna take care today. More bad weather to come our way. Prayers for peace of mind. God bless your dear friend. It will soon be all over! Love and hugsjudy dblay 16 April 2020 Sometimes it is almost impossible to stay as safe as one needs to during this Virus. I am sure it was okay for your son and family to come to your basement as long as you and your husband were upstairs. Of course, if it had gotten really bad there, you and your husband would have HAD to go to the basement but, thank GOODNESS, that did not happen. My sister had to do the same thing. She lives just across the road from her daughter and family and she went to their basement and the daughter and family stayed upstairs. I ALSO hope and pray we don't have any more bad weather but the forecasters are already saying we "might" have some "ACTIVE" weather by next Wednesday. Oh me!! I sure pray we don't. Thank you for the offer of sending us some face masks. You are so sweet and I appreciate it but my cousin has sent us some. She's making them for her nephew who is a firefighter in Atlanta and he is on the medical team right now. Many hugs and wishes for your safety in this Virus mess and during any storms. Hopefully, we will talk again soon, my friend. johnjones32 15 April 2020 So glad to hear you are safe. We had to break our quarantine here to allow son and his family to go into basement. We stayed upstairs. Our power has stayed on but telephone on land line has gone off and on. That causes our Uverse to go off. Phone line just started working again so I jumped on computer! Maybe we won't have anymore bad weather for awhile. God bless you my friend and stay safe. I would be glad to send you and your son some face masks. Hugs judy BirdNana 15 April 2020 Donna, our Oliver does that too, he takes off running and when playing throw-and-fetch jumps like a pro with twist and turns, I say he is practicing for the next Olympics! And the more we treat them like a person, the more human they act.Our Oliver is adored! He loves us too, splits the night between my husband's leg and mine. Stay well! Until soon! Mila dblay 15 April 2020 @BirdNana I figured that was you and your "baby." :-) These pets are very special and I'm sure you love that cutie a lot. Our Naboo (pronounced Nuh-boo) and the picture in my Avatar, is such a part of the family and we sure spoil him and I think he thinks he is human. :-)) He is such a good Kitty and so well behaved. He was like that when we adopted him at 1 year old. He is now 3. He gives us such pleasure watching him when he plays or takes off running through the house which is good exercise. :)) Wish I could do that. :-)) Take care until next time, my friend. Hugs and blessings to you. dblay 15 April 2020 @johnjones32 Good to hear from you, Judy and I apologize for being so late in answering. No, thank the Lord, we did not have any damage at all but a tornado hit just a few miles away and we got an alert that it was in "our area" and scared us really bad. They said there were 15 tornadoes hit Alabama but I don't think there were any deaths, only injuries. Mississippi and Georgia had several deaths. I wish we didn't have such a thing as tornadoes. Not only do they take lives, they take homes from folks who have probably worked all their lives just to have a home for their families. So SAD. I am soooooo happy to hear that you all are okay, my friend. So, you love Cullman and go there often. I also think it is a clean and nice town. Yes, I think they still have "pick-up" at Walmart but we live too far away from Cullman for delivery. So, my son goes to Wamart, taking every precaution he possibly can, and gets our groceries. Please take care, my friend, and be safe as can be. Hugs and prayers sent your way, along with any blessings possible. johnjones32 13 April 2020 Hope you have not had bad weather Donna. We made it through ok in northern Jeff Co. Prayers that any fears will be quieted. God Bless Happy Easter. judy BirdNana 10 April 2020 Donna, you are seeing me again! I was away 4 days but discovered I am addicted to my friends and the puzzles are an extra reward! :))) That is me dressed for the garden when it is nippy. And yes he is very handsome my Oliver! A bit too active at times as he is only 8 months, but so loving we forgive him everything. Though I do try discipline, he learns what he wants! I am around! johnjones32 10 April 2020 I love Cullman. The last place I went before this virus was Tuesday Morning in Cullman. It is a clean city. Can you order groceries from Walmart or Aldi? We pick up from Walmart. Aldi's will deliver. My friend lives in Jasper. Big Hugs and love sent back to you my friend. God bless. dblay 10 April 2020 @BirdNana Is that you in the Avatar picture? Great picture, my friend and, best I can tell, beautiful cat. My eyes are not as good as they were but it is a really nice photo. I am sorry to hear that you are taking a break from Jigidi. I will miss you. I know I spend way too much time on here but I love it and it is so enjoyable, I am totally addicted to it. :-)) I am only on in the mornings. I get up early, spend a few hours on Jigidi and answering my e-mail and then I'm not on anymore during the day. Please stay well and safe, my friend. Hope to see you again SOON. dblay 10 April 2020 @johnjones32 Hi Judy. Good to hear from you again and I want to say I am not going to UAB for anything. My doctors are in Cullman and I only go to the ones I HAVE to and have no choice. Any others, I keep canceling so to stay away until this Virus thing is over. I really worry more about my son having to go in Walmart to get a few groceries when we go but we can't get many at a time because we don't have a big freezer (only the bottom of the refrigerator). Thank you for your prayers, though. :-) So, you have a best friend in Joppa? We are all scattered but close by. :-) You take care, my friend and be safe also. Lots of Hugs, my friend. BirdNana 7 April 2020 @dblay Donna I am taking a break from socializing in Jigidi but keep an eye on friends. Good to read you are well. Bird johnjones32 6 April 2020 So good to hear from you. I fear you are ill if you have to go to UAB in the middle of all this! Please stay safe. I Pray protection for you and your son when you go out! God Bless and Big Hugs Donna My best girlfriend from high school lives in J..p… She delivered the mail out there. judy dblay 6 April 2020 @tinyandstaff Oh, it is so good to hear from you and find that the little Koalas are in a beautiful and wonderful place to live now. It is also good to know everyone around you is pulling together and working to get everything back to some kind of normalcy. It is wonderful how everyone is working so hard to help each other. That is so sad about the man who lost his farm and his cattle yet he works hard to help others. I so hope and pray that things will soon be a lot better for everyone even though the loss of so much will forever be in everyone's mind.As you may have heard by now, we are going through this Coronavirus thing which is SO AWFUL and killing so many people. It is terrifying to get out of the house and I would NOT, except I have doctor's appointments which cannot be cancelled so I go and take as many precautions as possible. My son takes me and he has to get a few groceries each time we go and that scares me terribly. He also takes lots of precautions. Everything is shut down, no school, no church services, businesses have closed their doors, hospitals are running out of beds and supplies and there is an order from our Governor to "stay home," unless it is absolutely necessary to be out. It is very scary right now and I just pray that God will have Mercy and End it Soon. Please pray for us.I am SO SORRY it has taken me so long to see this. I check my site often but some days I just don't think to check it. Thinking of you and sending best wishes, love and prayers your way. Give Misty and Angus a nice sweet "rub" from me and a hello from Naboo. Take care until we talk again, my friend. dblay 6 April 2020 @johnjons32 Hi, Judy. I am so sorry I am just now getting to this message. I try to check my site (and yours) often but the time gets away and I see I haven't checked in several days. It is always so good to hear from you and I see you are "being safe," as much as possible. Me too, except when I have doctor appointments I cannot cancel. It scares the daylights out of me every time I have to get out and it scares me even more for my son who has to get us a few groceries each time he takes me to the doctor. These are very scary days and it keeps folks' nerves just racing all the time. I think it is WONDERFUL that you are making masks for UAB. That is a very thoughtful thing to do. I have a cousin who is making masks for one of her nephews in Atlanta, who is a fireman and is on the medical team there. She is doing as many as she can and sending them to his team. You and she are special people to do that. Continue to stay safe, my friend, and I pray for you each day and I'm sending best wishes and lots of love and hugs until we write again. tinyandstaff 24 March 2020 Hello Donna, sorry has taken so long to reply, all has been so busy, what with the two little sweethearts, plus all the extra around this small town. all is so very well with the two little koalas, they are now at the sanctuary, which is to be exact 47 miles north of us. they could not be in a better place, as I told nana, I thought all along it was a koala sanctuary, when In actual fact it is a wildlife sanctuary, it is a large area, pristine, except for four small buildings, it is totally fenced, and is beautiful in so many ways. it is manned, there is a staff of seven, and they actually live at the sanctuary, we took them to the sanctuary last Tuesday, Ray and I were totally flabbergasted at just how beautiful the site is. it is miles off the main road, and these sweet little ones will be perfectly safe, secure, and actually monitored all totally without their knowledge and with very little human contact. I could not have asked for better for them. the town is slowly getting back to normal, even though it will bear the scars of the fires for many years, thankfully we are all pulling together, those of us who escaped the fires with little or no loss, are all working together to assist those that suffered. it is wonderful to see how this wonderful group of peo[ple are doing whatever they can to assist those less fortunate and who suffered such terrible losses. One person, Michael, who really stands out to Ray and I, , he suffered terribly, he lost his farm, his stock was decimated, and yet he works tirelessly to help others. a disaster surely brings out the very best in people and he is a glowing example to all of us. Ray and I will be visiting our two little koalas once they have settled, and all is well with them, the staff at the sanctuary invited us to visit them, and told us we would be most welcome.thankyou so very much for your caring, and interest during our problems, it is most welcome and appreciated. Ray and I send our love, and a cuddle for the dearest little Naboo. johnjones32 24 March 2020 Donna hope all is well with you and yours. Haven't talked with you in a while. Take good care of yourself. It is a difficult time. God help us all. My husband and grandson are quaranting in our house. (Which was what my husband and I did before the pandemic. I think it was called being hermits though. ha) Of course there others around us who consider this a big play day. No one listens to an old woman anyway. I just don't let them come in our house. Hope you all are well. I am making masks for UAB and anyone that has a need. My little neighbor Heidi Elnora (from the bridal world) lives very close to me and is leading the charge. I am like a tortoise, slow and steady (always looking for where I put something). This whole ordeal has rattled my tiny brain. I fear for my grandchildren. God protect our children and all of us Tiny Tim. You take care and let me hear from you. BIG HUGS my friend!! God Bless.judy dblay 12 February 2020 Bird, read the message under the first picture on my page (the cabins in snow) and see where Tinyandstaff have finally gotten RAIN. Thank the Lord! BirdNana 6 February 2020 This is heartbreaking, I do not listen to too much news but here in the US they are consumed by politics! I had no idea things were not better. Who do we get to be mad at... I do feel like screaming enough is enough. God bless tinyandstaff. Bird dblay 6 February 2020 Good to hear from you, tinyandstaff. It breaks my heart what is going on there in Australia. So many people killed, so much land burned AND so many Animals killed. That always breaks my heart because they do not know what to do or where to go to be safe and they can't get on a plane and leave so they have to stay and die. I have such a soft spot for animals because they depend on "people" to keep them safe and that doesn't always happen, even though I've heard some good things that the Irwin family has done. I know your two "boys" do not understand why they can't go outside and they can't realize that you are protecting them but at least they are safe. :-) I'm happy to hear that your farm animals are okay too. I so wish it would rain and put out the fires. I know the firefighters are SO TIRED, yet it keeps burning even with all that they have put out. I am so sorry this is happening to you all down there. We deal with Tornadoes and Hurricane that can do such horrible damage but those fires have burned SO MANY acres of land and destroyed so many homes. I pray they are put out soon and that you and your "family" will be safe. Naboo says hello to the "boys" and thank you for updating me on your status, my friend. Please take care!! dblay 6 February 2020 So good to hear from you, Judy. We are fine and Thank the Lord, we didn't have anything but rain and some thunder. So thankful for that. It is good to hear that you all are okay too. The Tornado Watch was cancelled early and most of the storms were low at that time BUT, as they always say, it is possible there might be some strong (but not severe) storms later into the night or morning. I went to bed at 10:00 but my son sits up LATE so he was up for a few more hours. I slept but woke a few times hearing thunder but it didn't seem too close so I went back to sleep. :-) I think of you each day when I get on Jigidi and hope you are doing well, my friend. I hope you got some sleep. Love and Hugs! tinyandstaff 6 February 2020 our bushfires are far more extreme at the moment dblay, the number of homes lost, the animal losses are heartbreaking, and still it continues. a day does not pass that we do not hear of new outbreaks somewhere in australia, and thankfully here in the flinders ranges only last weekend a large fire was eventually quelled. my boys i sometimes allow outside, (but, i go with them, cats do have a knack for getting into mischief) but currently they are most definately indoor cats. we are on a farm, and always under threat of fires. if we have to leave the first things placed in the car will be two carry boxes with my boys angus and misty firmly ensconced inside them.; Poor little guys, sometimes i see them standing at the door crying, they cannot understand letting them out is just not an option.when the fires first broke here, first thing my husband did was move the stock to much safer pasture belonging to friends fourty miles away, the horses were stabled, and protection ensured for the others . now with the fire risk abated. and the worst one extinguished, they are all back home, i was so proud of his total caring for them. . we are safe, but the fires are burning around australia, its the worst fire disaster i have seen, in a country known for bushfires. johnjones32 6 February 2020 Hope you have not had bad rains this evening Donna. Maybe they are over and gone now that it is approaching midnight. My prayers are that the weather has not disturbed you. God bless you dear friend. Sweet dreams. Love judy dblay 13 January 2020 @johnjones32. Judy, you didn't say but I'm assuming all of you were okay. I sure hope so. Yes, one day makes a difference in Alabama. Today is partly cloudy but light outside, yet, tomorrow is predicted to be T'storms, gusty wind, possible flooding and LOTS of rain. We are already in a "Marginal Risk" for tomorrow. It is just up and down it seems. Take care and love and hugs back to you, my friend. dblay 13 January 2020 @BirdNana. THANK YOU, RoseMary. Hope you have a great day. Hugs! dblay 13 January 2020 @tinyandstaff. I pray for relief to come to Australia from those fires most every day and it breaks my heart to hear how many "animals" have been killed along with some people. I am so happy to hear that YOU and your family and "staff" are doing fine. I will continue to pray that the fires will be put out and that all of you can find some relief very soon. I think of those fires just about every single day and it must be just devastating being there and having to worry about them. Please be safe and take care. Many prayers and love sent your way, my friend. johnjones32 12 January 2020 Tina we have been praying for you all in Australia. Hope and Love sent your way! God Bless.Donna so glad to hear all is well with and family. Today was a pretty day wasn't it. The sky is lovely now. One day can make a big difference.Love and Hugsjudy tinyandstaff 12 January 2020 must be the season for it dblay, we have had terrible fires, all around the farm, yet miraculously the farm was saved by wind change, not one animal lost. rest of Australia seems to be going up in flames. even American firefighters here helping now. and most welcome. how is lovely little naboo, fine I hope. when we were thinking of leaving, the first things in the car, were the two travel boxes containing misty and angus. somethings you never put at risk. dblay 12 January 2020 @johnjones32. Judy, thank you so much for the prayers and thoughts yesterday. I do hope you are also safe and have no damage. We are safe and only had some hard rain and HIGH WIND at one time that was pretty scary but, other than that, all is well. Thank you, Judy. It was bad in some places in Alabama and I am very thankful we are okay and hope and pray that you are. Many HUGS, my friend. johnjones32 11 January 2020 Donna thinking of you today and saying prayers to quiet any fears you may be having about tomorrow's bad weather. God's protection for all of us Alabamians and others in storm's way.Big Hugs and Love sent your way!judy dblay 2 January 2020 Thank you, Judy, and I sent a message on your page today also. :-)) johnjones32 1 January 2020 HAPPY NEW YEAR DONNA!! Love and Hugs sent your way!judy BirdNana 22 December 2019 db I do hope to enjoy him for many years to come, one wish I have, to be well to take care of him until his last day. I will hate for him to have to find another home. I can't help it, have to be realistic. Thank you! Bird dblay 22 December 2019 Good morning, Judy. It is SO GOOD to hear from you and I replied on YOUR page but will also reply here. :-)) I wish you a very blessed and Merry Christmas too, my friend. Yes, the Tide WILL rise again. It was hard seeing them lose and seeing Tua get hurt but they have always been and will always be my "team" and No. ONE in my heart. :-) Check your page for another answer. :-))Much love and GOOD WISHES for the New Year. dblay 22 December 2019 @BirdNana. I see you have an "early" Christmas present -- a 4-month old Kitten. I know what you mean about it being like having a "child" in the house. Hope you get to enjoy him for a long time. I hope you also have a beautiful and happy Christmas with a very blessed New Year. It is always nice "talking" to you, especially about our "babies." :-))) johnjones32 18 December 2019 MERRY CHRISTMAS DONNA!!! Hope you are well, relaxing and warm. Hope the bad weather the other night passed you by and did not get you upset. The Tide will Rise again. Many Blessings for the New Year! Love you, judy BirdNana 18 December 2019 @dblay We lost our third two years ago and just last week my husband convinced me to take a big baby, only 4 months, but he will grow to a big boy. That is why I am not around as much lately, is like having a toddler. To us they are "children", not cats or animals hehe. BirdNana dblay 18 December 2019 Thank you BirdNana for dropping by and it is good to meet you. This is the first picture when we got him and he will be 3 in January. The first picture here on my page is Naboo right now. He has grown a lot and we think he is very special. :-) BirdNana 1 December 2019 I will find time to read all the posts, for now it tells me Naboo is quite popular and have captured few souls. He is a sweetie and a kind soul himself. Beautiful inside and out. Thank you for the introduction! dblay 23 October 2019 Hello Angus and Misty's Maid. :-))) I loved this ending to your message. I enjoyed your message so much and agree with you about how much pleasure our "babies" give us. I loved the part where Angus taps your head with his paw and if you ignore him, the taps get progressively harder. (ha) Our pets are so special and love us about as much as we love them, even if they are spoiled. People who do not pay attention to their pets are cruel and do not know what they are missing. I am so sorry you lost your Tiny and it must have been very hard and very sad. I just can't imagine that happening to Naboo. I posted a "new" picture of him just last week on here. Hope you saw it. It is so good hearing from you and I hope you enjoy the warmer weather you are beginning to have. We are in Autumn right now and winter will be here soon. Take care of yourself and your "babies" and give each of them a "rub" from me and Naboo. tinyandstaff 13 October 2019 hello donna, had to laugh at your comment re Naboo ruling the house. all my friends have cats, and I don't know of any of their homes that are not ruled by our four legged buddies. thankfully, they are all of the benevolent kind, that is, providing the treats are plentiful , and readily available. they are all dearly loved, and boy, don't they know it. As I said, Angus gets me up at 5 for his breakfast, but he is not as gentle as Naboo. taps my head with his paw, and if he is ignored, the taps get progressively harder. one learns quickly to get up when the Boss comes calling.everytime I look at Naboo, I am amazed how similar he looks like my dearest Buddy, Tiny who crossed the rainbow bridge 3 years ago. he was 18 when he passed, he was so dearly loved, 3 years, and in many ways seems like only yesterday. sure feel sorry for people that do not know the love of our beautiful four legged buddies, they give us so much and ask for so little in return. those that do not know the love of these beautiful creatures miss out on one of lifes greatest gifts. Kindest regards to you and Naboo, Donna. thankfully our winter is nearly over, and the warm weather is slowly returning , bye for now. Angus , Misty and their maid. dblay 13 October 2019 Hi, tinyandstaff. It is nice to meet you and my name is Donna, not Judy, but that is okay because sometimes it is easy to confuse names on Jigidi. :-))) I was talking to "Judy" in the message right below this one and I guess you saw that name. My Naboo is doing well and as sweet as pie. :-)) He rules the house around here too. He is a good kitty but loves attention, loving and playtime. He is definitely spoiled but he is really a good kitty and does not bother things -- he has his own toys. (ha) Your kitties seem to be sweetie pies also. Naboo sleeps on my bed but most of the time he gets up before me and waits until I get up to get some loving. But, there are times that he gets a little anxious and will come to my nightstand, sit on it and reach over and lightly scratch my pillow to say it is time to get up -- usually around 5:15 to 5:30. :-)))) Thanks for dropping by and best wishes to you. tinyandstaff 10 October 2019 Hello Judy, just a quick word, to see how the lovely naboo is doing. what a little sweetheart. My two, as usual cuddled up together on my bed , as usual they got me up at 5 for their breakfast , now I am wide awake, and those two, snoring their gorgeous little head off. no need to guess who is in charge in this house. Port augusta, finally starting to warm up, coming out of winter, sure miss the warm weather. as I said, just a quick note, to say hi, and ask about the sweet little one. dblay 10 October 2019 Good afternoon, Judy. I apologize that I did not check my page until today where I found your sweet message. It was SO GOOD to hear from you, my friend. So happy you are doing so much better in spirit and in ankle. :-) That is GREAT NEWS!! Yes, I always watch my Bama games. ROLL TIDE!!!!! It is wonderful that we are on top again and hanging in there. I sure hope we can beat Texas A&M Saturday. I too am very interested in Jalen and his career. He is a great quarterback for Oklahoma and I am so proud of him. He deserves our best wishes and I also think he is a very nice young man. Hope his future is great. We finally got some rain a day or two ago but just one afternoon for about 30 minutes for a good soaking rain and then it showered a little while and quit. Thankful for what we got, though. I loved the rain with no wind, no lightning, no hail and no tornado warnings. :-) That is my kind of rain. (ha) Wishing you lots of good health, blessings and sending my prayers and love, dear lady. Take care of yourself and write when you can. johnjones32 30 September 2019 Hello to you Donna! Hope all is well with you and yours. I am doing much better in mind and spirit and ankle! Praise the Lord! Have you been watching Bama win? Roll Tide! We're on top again. I'm also watching Jalen Hurts quarterbacking for Oklahoma. He seems to be such a wonderful young man. Hope all good things for him. Saw where we are supposed to reach 100 degrees tomorrow. Wow! It's been so hot and dry. Have yourself a day filled with peace! Love you friend!judy dblay 21 August 2019 Hi, Judy. It is SO GOOD to hear from you and find out that you are finally walking. I am sure you were getting "ready to walk" by now. Not being able to do our regular things is very bothersome sometimes. :-) I had just checked your page this morning and saw there was no reply to my messages so I am very happy I decided to check "my page" because I found your note. Yes, praise the Lord for giving you strength during this time and it is wonderful that you are on your feet again. Still sending prayers, love and best wishes to you, my friend. Naboo says hello. :-))) dblay 21 August 2019 Hi, jasonchung. Thanks for coming to my page and replying to my solving your puzzle. It is good to see you and hear from you. Sorry about you getting "sealed" by Jigidi but, at least you have a second account on which you can reply and be in touch with all of us. I will try to visit your account again soon. Take care and best wishes. johnjones32 19 August 2019 Hey to you Donna. Have been thinking of you and hoping you are having a wonderful summer. I am walking now. slow-go. Praise God for I feared I was going NUTS in bed. We sure do need some rain don't we. Take care, have fun and know I send prayers for you to our Heavenly Father. Love to you and Naboo! judy jasonchung 12 August 2019 Dear Donna,Thank you for solving my puzzle of the Jacaranda tree @jasonchung1 which is a sealed account where folks can still solve puzzles at this particular account and post a comment. However, I am able to read the comments only and will not be able to post a reply. So, I am replying to your lovely comment at this puzzle of yours. This is what I have written at my puzzle which Jigidi has not allowed me to post @jasonchung1 :"You are most welcome, Donna. It is always a pleasure to see you and so it is never late to visit a puzzle of mine :-)Thank you for solving this puzzle.I love Jacaranda trees, too. I adore their colours, whether as blossoms on the tree or as fallen flowers on the ground.Best regards, Jason."As I cannot reply to your comment from @jasonchung1 I am, therefore, using my second account with Jigidi @jasonchung to do so. dblay 20 July 2019 Hi, again tinyandstaff. It is good to hear from you and hear about where you live. It is exciting to me to hear of "other" places people live because I was born in Alabama (USA) and have never lived anywhere else. :-)) I have been lucky enough (when I was younger) to enjoy vacations to a few states close by but never out of the U.S. Once, a long time ago, my 5 year old son, my young sister-in-law and I flew to California to see my other sister-in-law and her husband when he was in service. That was fun. My father-in-law paid for our trip. (ha) South Australia seems to me like a place I've read about but never even dreamed of going there. :-) Your small coastal port of Port Augusta seems like a wonderful place to live. I am so happy to know you do not have tornadoes. I live in a very small community out in the country but we do have a Post Office and some filling stations with essential groceries in them but we have to drive 25 miles to the nearest town to buy our groceries, go to doctor visits, or anything necessary. We have several churches around and the schools are several miles away -- the kids ride buses there. Thanks for writing about your exciting small town and thanks for dropping by. It was nice. Take care and may God bless you. Naboo says hello to your "babies" too. :-)) tinyandstaff 10 July 2019 hello again, donna, sorry to be a pest. but I have read your comments numerous times, your weather is something we just don't experience. I am in south Australia. small coastal port named Port Augusta. tornadoes are something we only read about but never (thankfully) see. and to read of 20 plus people being killed by this natural disaster is mind boggling. port augusta is a very quiet little place with a massive population of 12 thousand. a town in America of that size is one you would say "don't blink, you will miss it." I must admit I love this small little town, excitement actually passes us by, and I guess I kind of like it like that. excitement to me, is the latest antics of my adorable little boys, Angus and Misty. we had a population which reached the astronomical number of 15000 but the railway closed and the numbers plummeted.may God protect you from any more of those disasters which are obviously quite prevalent in your area. wishing you safety, and happiness. with kind regards, love to naboo. dblay 31 May 2019 Thank you for stopping by to comment. Yes, Naboo is like family as I know your cats are. He gives us laughs, fun times and love and we return that love and make him a part of all we do here at home. I have never understood HOW anyone could mistreat a cat or any animal. They look to us for love and protection and even when some mean owner mistreats them, they still hang in there needing and hoping for that love. I know it was hard losing Tiny and I can't even imagine losing Naboo. He is almost 3 years old and he has us wrapped around his little "foot" (since he doesn't have a finger). :-) It is good to "see" you and I hope you have a very nice day. tinyandstaff 27 May 2019 thankyou for your comment re my boys, your delightful cat naboo, is so very much like my tiny , the one I lost recently. he was 18 when he crossed the rainbow bridge, what a delightful friend, and companion he was. I still have my memories and they will always be with me. he was not a pet, he was family , totally loved and cherished (as all cats should be) dblay 22 April 2019 Thanks for stopping by, marunka277. Glad you liked our kitty. :-) marunka277 21 April 2019 ♥♥♥ johnjones32 10 March 2019 So good to hear from you Donna. We love you too! Have a wonderful day! God Bless!judy dblay 10 March 2019 Hello virginiagreuling1954. Thank you for dropping by and commenting on our Naboo, which is a male kitty. :-)) Good to meet you and I hope you have a beautiful day. dblay 10 March 2019 Hi, Judy. Thank you also for checking on me and thinking of me. Everyone is so sweet and such good friends on here and it is so great. I am fine, as I've said below and I'm assuming you are too since you don't live too far away from me here in Alabama. A week ago, we had a close call with a tornado heading to our area but it didn't happen, thank the Lord, and then there were more storms last night but they dissipated before reaching our area. I just wish it wasn't so bad here during the Spring and just about any other time too but we just keep hoping it will be okay. Those folks in Lee County had such a tragedy happen and I feel so sorry for them. You keep safe and remember I think of you in prayer and send you love, good health and best wishes, my friend. dblay 10 March 2019 Hi, Dottie. We are fine and there was one tornado warning which posted the tornado heading right for our area but it didn't happen, thank the Lord. We did go to the storm shelter but didn't have to stay long. There were more storms and "possible" tornadoes coming out of Mississippi last night which were heading this way but they dissipated before reaching the Alabama line or before they got real close. There is another round of storms predicted for about Thursday so I just wish it would stop. It is so scary and is always so unnerving after something so tragic happens like in Lee County. I'm glad you all were safe and I hope all this bad stuff goes away so we can relax. Thanks for checking on me and you take care also, be safe and know you are in my prayers, my friend. Sorry I did not check my site before today. :-) Didn't mean to worry anyone. dblay 10 March 2019 Montine, thanks for your thoughts and prayers for us. So far, we have made it fine, thanks to the Lord, but it was terrible down in Southeastern Alabama where tornadoes killed 23 people and really tore homes apart. So, so sad. We have been "under the gun" a couple of times this week but were okay and now they are predicting more severe storms for this coming week, about mid-week. The weather here is so terrible in the Spring and we just stay "nervous" so much of the time but maybe everything will be okay. Sometimes I wish I lived somewhere else BUT where does one go where there ISN'T any bad things? :-( Thank you for caring, my friend, and you take care of yourself and know my prayers are with you, along with lots of good wishes and love. dblay 10 March 2019 Thank you, Sue, for the update and I do hope you hear back from Sharen and I also hope she is doing well. I will wait to hear from you and be anxious to know if you heard from her. Thanks for remembering that I am also concerned about her. Hope you have a good day. Sorry I had not checked my site until now. virginiagreuling1954 8 March 2019 She is so beautiful. DixieGal 5 March 2019 Thank you, Judy. I will be glad when we hear from Donna, too. The really bad weather was south and east of me...I'm in Montgomery. She lives in Cullman, north of Birmingham so she probably didn't get as much of the storm as some did. johnjones32 5 March 2019 Hey Donna, DixieGal, minipoo and all our dear jigidi friends. I'm glad to hear you all made it through the bad weather. I wanted to make sure Donna was ok too. I know how the tornadoes upset her. Maybe we will hear from her tomorrow. God bless all those in Alabama and Georgia who are suffering. Love sent to you all. Let us hear from you Donna.judy DixieGal 4 March 2019 Hi Donna. I hope you were safe yesterday through the tornadoes. Did they hit close to you? We got LOTS of rain and winds but no damage. Praying you are okay, my sweet friend. minipooh4u 3 March 2019 I am thinking of you and praying you are not in danger. I'm not sure what part of Al. you live in but I do know Al. suffers the most damage every year due to tornado activity. Please take care. We are not in danger here in No. Ga. thank the Lord. So. Ga. is suffering a lot of damage. I just spoke with a friend in Jesup and she says they are having a lot of rain but no tornados. May God bless you, dear friend, and watch over you. sue1 2 March 2019 @dblayJust to let you know, I never heard back from Sharen at Christmas. I am mailing her another card (Thinking of You type) Monday. I will let you know if I hear anything. I asked her to write or call or email me, and gave her all my information on the card itself. Fingers crossed. dblay 20 February 2019 Hi, Judy. Good to hear from you, my friend. I'm doing fine and I too hope we don't have too much rain and I especially hope we don't have any storms with all this up and down of the weather. I hope you are doing well and that you are having good days. I miss talking to you often but just to hear when you feel up to posting is good and that way I know you are hanging in there and still posting now and then. :-)) Please take care of yourself and I wish you the best and keep you in my prayers each day. With many hugs back to you, hope to see you again soon. johnjones32 18 February 2019 Hi Donna. Hope all is well with you. Hope we don't get as much rain as the weather people are predicting. I miss her terribly too . She was a gentle and kind person and I was blessed to have her for a friend.Merry Christmas to you and may blessings of peace and joy be yours in the New Year. dblay 7 December 2018 Thank you, Beekay, for your note about our friend, Ginger. I went to Ginger's site and read the note and was so sorry to hear about Ginger's passing in May. I have been wondering for a long time what had happened to her. So many friends on Jigidi stop posting or commenting and one never knows what has happened to them and (most often) do not find out and that is sad and we just keep "wondering," but thank you for letting me and the others know about Ginger. I do hope you have a blessed Christmas. dblay 7 December 2018 Thank you, Sue, for the update and I will await another update as to whether or not you hear back from Sharen after she receives your Christmas card. I do hope she is doing okay. I hope you have a very blessed Christmas and thanks for all your updates. :-) Beekay 27 November 2018 I'm sorry to have to leave you this note, but... I have left a message on Ginger's (Cinderfire) puzzle titled "Another frog for Shawn" that I felt you would want to see. sue1 27 November 2018 I have written her a Christmas card and will mail it in a couple of weeks. I will let you know if I hear back from her. dblay 2 October 2018 Thank you, Sue, for updating me on Sharen. I left you a message on your site under the "Bingo" picture. :-) Thank you for being so nice and keeping in touch. sue1 24 September 2018 @dblay sue1 24 September 2018 Hi. Had a letter from Sharen today. Still no computer. Her rent was tripled, so she had to move. But a neighbor found an apt for her only a couple of blocks away, but moving was hard. She is 74 now. Both hips have to be replaced, first one in October. She is doing PT twice a week to be ready for it. Cardio doctor has cleared her to go (she had a stroke or two years ago). Also had teeth problems, lost 3 teeth and had dry sockets, dentist wanted $3000 but she fought it. She hopes to be settled and BORED by December. That's the latest. I'll write her again before Christmas. dblay 23 September 2018 Just checked your site and nothing has been posted on it yet, so maybe soon you will have a picture of Sugar. :-)) When you do, send me a note here and let me know and I will check it out. :-) dblay 23 September 2018 Hi, Trekscifi.
