You are right, what the seed companies charge a lot.

l just might dhi, have posted it before years ago but will take another pic when the wind and rain quits.
Indeed l do put a few blooms in salad and have made capers from the seed heads.
It blows my mind when seed companies place too few seeds to a package (when most flowers produce such an abundance of them) and charging ridiculous prices. l get my revenge and give them away to neighbors, friends and anyone who asks.

Great shot of this beauty Dil, l found out this summer they did not do so well in pots however l have a huge 3x5 ft. planter at the end of the deck which is in gorgeous display every summer.
