Ha! I never really thought of this design as being a Christmas design. But it DOES look like one,doesn't it, Fred. I guess I "peaked early" with this one. I wish I'd realised that it was Christmassy, and held it over by a few months....... Glad you enjoyed it! (❛ᴗ❛)

Con esto quiero decirte que la semana es más corta y sin darme cuenta, estaré haciendo tus maravillosos puzzles. Este finde ha sido muy divertido por los rectángulos, los bloques y los árboles. Me han encantado todos, como siempre.

The most beautiful patterns in those trees!! Yes, I thought Christmas, too, and wondered why you were pushing it! The dog (male) got lots of pats this time as I came back and forth to do this gorgeous puzzle.

Ohhhh. Spring blossoms!! I LOVE your take on these, Lillyjean!! Darn! Why didn't I think of that? And I'm sorry to hear about your blossoms. I think the same thing happened here. I remember a few weeks back admiring the most beautifully coloured cherry blossom tree in a nearby street. The next day? It looked like there had been a wedding - because all of the petals were on the ground, looking for all the world like confetti. Such a shame! It also made me wonder whether it would be able to fruit, after losing its flowers so soon after they came out. I guess all will be revealed soon. And I was just working out today how far away Christmas was - just 10 weeks! So hard to believe. I nearly want it to be further away, so we have a better chance of getting ourselves to a better place with our infection rates/ restrictions. But fingers crossed we can have a normal-ish Christmas. Hope all is well there. And that you get some nicer spring weather. (❛ᴗ❛)

It's funny - I wasn't planning on making trees - much less Christmas trees. This one just somehow evolved as I was making it. And once it was finished, I liked it so much - I decided to post it straight away! If I'd stopped and thought for a bit, I would have considered holding it over until Christmas. Damned impetuousness! LOL! And the weather has been up and down here. You remember how changeable spring is down here, don't you? Although today was wonderful! A cold night followed by a delightfully sunny and warm 25C! But tomorrow, it's all going pear-shaped. LOL Ah, well. And life up there sounds wonderful. I can only assume that your garden is near the water. How fantastic! I'm not so into fishing. But I love being near the water! Lucky you!! (❛ᴗ❛)

Oh my goodness! I thought for a minute you were suggesting Xmas trees but then I could see that they were beautiful flowering Spring blossoms!! My blossoms have been and gone .. We always seem to get terrible winds the few weeks they flower and they just don't last. Hope your week goes well Kirsten and perhaps quicker to the weekend ...........but not so quick as to bring on Xmas earlier!! LOL

Thanks Kirsten - very nice ! I actually saw Christmas cakes/puddings in the supermarket the other day - can't believe how quickly the time goes! Hope you are getting some decent weather after such a horrid winter. Had some workmen clearing up the garden this week, I think they spent most of the time fishing in the river - actually caught a few fish and a small crab ! Cheer, Janet :))
