This is the float of the city Lisse. It is called 200 years "Bollenrijk". That's a kind of pun. In 2015 we had 200 years of Kingdom, Koninkrijk. So we can translate Bollenrijk to Bulb-dom.
They celebrate it every 50 years.

Aha, got it. This is celebrating a bicentenary: "200 jaar Bollenrijk". Bollenrijk (meaning bulb-land) is a massive "garden-centre-type" store specializing in bulbs.

I was finally able to get on the video link. Love the video! Beautiful float. I think the flowers in the rear are flower tulips. Very colorful and creative

I'm still thinking about this. What we see at the front of the float in the video are bulbs. The man sitting on the float is preparing bulbs for planting or storage. I think that, true to local tradition, this float is some kind of celebration of the local flowering bulbs business. But I still can't make any sense of the figures . . .

Nonetheless, I remain mystified. I see 1815, 1865, 1915 and 2015, i.e. 50-year increments. I also see 5 ct and 20 x 50. I'm terrible at maths. Does anyone see any meaning in these figures?
