Good to hear all that's going on for you, there. I would not be happy with the people coming in to your country and bringing Covid.
I imagine I could spend hours walking around your market and not be bored. Those little dogs, have big egos. ha ha

@jals I do the book work for two of the three areas. Plus anything else I'm asked lol. I am still training the person who came on board full time as she now does some of the work I used to do. It's a great place to work, good vibes as you walk in, it's always buzzing! Mind you - too many food choices for my lunch, decisions are hard to make. I think it's the only market like this (7 days a week) in NZ.
I haven't had any vaccination yet, they don't seem to be in a hurry here. It's the Pfizer one, two doses. Frontline workers are meant to be getting them first but one of them, a security guard, caught Covid last week. He had "missed" his two appointments apparently. But it's been contained in time, no community spread. NZ have now stopped people from India coming here as they are bringing active cases in, one single day there were 21 arrived who tested positive on arrival and had to be put into quarantine for 2 weeks. Some of these people have dual residency and are choosing to come back after years of living over there. It's crazy, they've had a year to return but are still coming. Once the world is vaccinated they will return no doubt.
I will message John, even if I don't have time to do his puzzles. Chip is great, he's such a character. Will take on any big dog I'd he's not on a leash - think he owns the world! I do need to take him to puppy day care so he can learn to socialise with other dogs.
Sunday morning - better dash and make the most of the sunny day that's been turned on here. Great to catch up with you ☺️

We are all happy. None of my family have caught the virus. Most of us have had our first shot and some, the second. Grandson's birthday party today. He turns 4 on Tuesday.
I did have a look at the Christchurch market. Wow! That looks like an amazing place!
I enjoyed just watching the video and have bookmarked it to be able to go back and look for more.
So what are you doing there, now?
John is okay. For the most part doing well. I'm sure he wouldn't mind if you didn't solve and just popped in to say hi. He would like that.
I'm limiting my time on here also, because there is so much to be done around my house and I can't afford to waste the time on here.
Wrap up in a blanket when you get chilly and snuggle with Chip!

@dotshell thanks, you know, this wasn't one of my own personal favourites. Isn't it funny how what attracts others isn't always what we choose? I thought it was a tad boring. Maybe it was the white background? Even after I added the bees, flowers and butterflies to jazz it up I still though "ho hum" lol. Appreciated your nice comment though.

Hi @jals Yes, it's well into autumn now, there's been a few days I felt I should light the log burner but just told myself off for being a sooky baby and resisted. How's John? I do feel bad I've not made time to do his puzzles and give him a bit of grief! I haven't done much on Jigidi (I try and post puzzles though). I did lose my job due to Covid lockdown 10 months ago, then when it was lifted I got it back, then they decided to restructure so I was moved to another part of the business - much less hours but I'm enjoying it - now I've adapted. I go into the central business area of the city on Monday's to be present (mostly work from home) and the city is buzzing. It's hard to believe the rest of the world doesn't live like we do. I count our blessings. Check out Riverside Market, Christchurch - that's where I work. It's only one year old and a first for our city. Hope you and yours are safe and happy in your part of the world. ☺️

I just love this, Trish! I love all the little flowers and critters on the white background with the kaleidos highlighted by lacy colors. Thanks! Dotty

jals

Thanks Trish. All's well here, looking forward to a birthday party for our youngest grandchild on Saturday.
Are you back to work full time? You are going into your autumn, is that right?

Trish237

Hi Jals! Good to hear from you. Hope you're enjoying life ☺️ Great time on the LB.
