I’m laughing Linda :)

Teagardener, Please keep the snow in your neck of the woods. We have beautiful flowering plants that would die if the temperature were to freeze ,and small reptiles that depend on the sun and warmth to survive. PS. I lived in New York for over 50 years so I had my share of shoveling snow! True it sure was pretty when it first covered the trees. Tomorrow is Christmas and so I Wish you and your family a very warm and Happy Holiday a a New Year that keeps you safe and well Linda

Merry Christmas Linda, @silverfox19134 My wish for you is also to a better and more joyous New Year :)
When I travel, (not often enough), I enjoy walking on the oldest streets, looking for old doors, door knobs, letter slots, door knockers and old windows too. I’m an amateur “weekend photographer”, with a curiosity for historic architecture. The pair of doors you commented on really does have stunning artistry, but some of the door knockers, well, the craftsmen created them, with humor :)) I’ve written too much, so I’ll end this long reply. Have a wonderful Christmas Day tomorrow . . if I get any snow here in Tennessee, I’ll send some to you down in Florida ;)

This is an exceptionally beautiful wood carved door.Teagardener you have splendid taste in doors. WOW!!!!I surely would love to own this pair. It's Christmas eve here in Florida and it wouldn't be right not to wish everyone a better year than the last and a wonderful Merry Christmas and a joyous NEW YEAR!! Linda

Lol :))

@Teagardener Seems brass polishing would be less strenuous!

I’m smiling @jerrys :) It really is impressive, it almost makes me want to take up a new hobby . . woodcarving ;)
