Thanks for another FENCE to keep me happy. I didn't know about the red number upper right. I just go to "notifications".
Thanks to Ellen and Robin for keeping their eyes open for me.

It should show up as someone "mentioned you in a comment" when you hit the number in the red box in the top right corner.

Ellen's didn't turn blue because she has an exclamation point before the @, so it didn't work.

How do you know if you've been tagged to receive one

I think Ellen had the error, Robin. I didn't try it on this puzzle. BUT, I just did do it below and it turned blue.
