My mistake. I shall go through the couch cushions to help with the purchase.

bujal

But why did you have to tell everyone that the Grand Prix will reopen? Now the house prices will skyrocket ... and I still wanted to buy the free ones (I will have to break another money box).

jals

Looks are deceiving.

msbonne

While at first glance, this road seems narrow, I have done some research, and learned this road was in fact used in the infamous Acapulco Grand Prix. This particular straight was known for its very high speed passes (averaging 176 MPH). I believe the race is being restarted, and these homes would be wonderful places to view the race and dodge the wreckage.

Max_Tooney

"But officer. I was only DRIVING in one direction!"

jals

I guess there's only one way to go then...

Max_Tooney

Good question. I think the right and left lanes are them same, lol. (When the streets are wide enough, drivers stay to the right in Mexico.)

bujal

And now it occurred to me ... do cars walk on the right or on the left? Fortunately they put at least the middle line, so the traffic will be more disciplined ...
I hope there are no speed control radars ...

Max_Tooney

Yes, window treatments. It's a relatively inexpensive way to keep your house 'up-to-date'.

bujal

But what do you say ... reuse ??! The safety bars remain in place ... I wouldn't want anyone to enter MY house !! Only thing I have to do (like the female) ... put the curtains in the windows, I wouldn't want every passerby to look in my house ...

msbonne

Good point Max.

Max_Tooney

You can reuse the burglar bars, so there's ONE way to save money flipping this property.

msbonne

I suppose a little paint and some landscaping would be about all that is needed...……

I'm in.

bujal

Maybe with a little investment (it shouldn't be expensive neither the land nor the "houses" you see) ... a new Beverly Hills could grow here ...
I'm going to see if I have any change in my money box.

msbonne

:::flexing arms:::

Max_Tooney

You correctly solved that, setting a new sloth world record in the process.

msbonne

So.....

If they do NOT have much dinero (aside from then being hungry), they must be...…..um...….choices were rich and poor...…………….POOR!!!

Sherlock has nothing on me.

My head is NOT just a hat rack you know.

Max_Tooney

You're zeroing in on it!

msbonne

That would mean that this are does not have much money...…………………………..

Max_Tooney

You're on the verge, I can tell!

msbonne

My time, and your time may be something quite different.

Hmmm. Not rich....

Still thinking.

Max_Tooney

I'd say, "Take your time!"...but it would sound patronizing....

msbonne

Hmmm. I will have to think on this awhile.

Max_Tooney

Hint: it's not the rich area

msbonne

Which area is this?

Max_Tooney

Ah, Acapulco. Everyone is either 'filthy rich' or 'dirt poor'...

bujal

Ready for the tourist center !!
