Why are you reporting this puzzle?

When I got the shots of this immature Coopers Hawk, I posted the one which gives the most information for identification. I mentioned that I got pictures of the hawk checking all directions - presumably to ensure that there were no other predators to contest its food - and then it looked at me before flying off with the dove.

This picture keeps grabbing me - hawks look so angry and intimidating when seen straight on - so I thought I'd post it. I thought of several titles, but couldn't choose one - I decided to solicit suggestions!

This is a really striking photo. I love Deklan's title, Hawk 1, Dove 0! Thanks for saving these for me, I enjoyed them all.

Cute, donnebrook! :-)

Another of mine was, "Are you gonna be judgmental about this?"

Brockley

What mourning dove!? I don't see a mourning dove. Do YOU see any mourning doves?

That's along the lines of one of mine: "Mine! You get your own dinner!"

Plumpossum

And what, human, are YOU having for supper? Chicken? Beefsteak? BBQ pork?
