SOFT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

What you will be needing
2 sticks salted real sweet cream butter softened
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 1/3 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 1/2 c. bread flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3/4 teaspoons of baking soda
sugar for rolling cookie dough balls.
In large bowl;
Cream your butter
Add granulated sugar & brown sugar, mix until creamy.
Add one egg at a time and beat in until smooth.
Add vanilla and stir well
Add creamy peanut butter and mix well
Add bread flour, salt and baking soda. Mix just until blended. Do not over-mix.
Cover with saran wrap and freeze dough for 35 minutes.
Remove dough from freezer and roll dough into a 1 inch ball.
Roll balls into white granulated sugar and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. No need to flatten cookie balls, they will spread out on their own.
Allow the balls to get to room temperature before baking
Oven should be 350° degrees
for 8 to 10 minutes. DO NOT over bake!
Allow to cool on cookie sheet before placing on serving plate. Enjoy!
