Why are you reporting this puzzle?

"Bring flowers and ring them 'round her grass hair
Bring leaves from the mountain and boxes of air
Bring baskets of food and things you can share
And the moon will shine in her eyes.

She will stand in the sea with her body like sand
And the dolphins will come kiss the palms of her hands
As she opens her soul to the water and land
Her smiles will color the sky."

Sounds like the same thing. I was very young, it was just around my friend's house after dark but if anyone had been watching they could have seen us. ha So brave and foolish.

WOW! Really? You streaked once?? I did the same thing once when I was about 11 or 12 with a friend. Ran around the neighborhood well after dark when no one was around... but it was very exciting and fun (too bad my friend was a guy :-( Perhaps that is why I have always wanted to be a "nudist"... but to afraid to try. Ahhhh.... the good ole days

Ha. Throw in the dose of LSD. Yes, I was getting some of that in there too. lol

Who doesn't like love and romance? It makes the world go 'round. :-)
I never did drugs or protest in the street either. I did streak once. A very short once. lol

Folksy may be a way to describe them... if you though in a dose of LSD and a pinch of psychedelia. If I had to compare them to someone I would have to say maybe "The Grateful Dead"? A lot of weed and social commentary. And though I never did drugs or protest in the streets, this album struck a chord with me for some reason... perhaps it was just the pretty songs about love and relationships. OK - I exposed myself. I'm a softee....

jals

What genre would you describe them as, John? Seemed kind of folksy to me. Like Woodie Guthrey, a little?
I like some stuff that's not mainstream. Like Woodie and Alice's Restaurant. Also Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show and The Queen of the Silver Dollar.

Probably because you are a mere youngster Judy. This song is from Country Joe and the Fish's second album. Funny... I loved every song on this album but this was the only album by CJ & the Fish that I listened to. Times long forgotten....

I've never come across this song any other place or time. It's different, isn't it?

If you get frustrated or if you are tired of massaging your mind or if you just cannot remember...
