Yes! This is the famous 'blue river' which can be seen each year. Other borders are different each year.
This year - of course - De Keukenhof had to stay closed. But you can see lovely video's on Keukenhof.nl

Alias is right, this is 'De Keukenhof'. And, as you can see, it's beautiful there. ☺
