Peggy's Cove...near Halifax, Nova Scotia

In June we travelled by rail from Vancouver (British Columbia) to Montreal (Quebec) where we spent five nights. We then took an overnight train to Moncton (New Brunswick). Next we drove to Prince Edward Island, Cape Breton (Nova Scotia), and flew home from Halifax.

I found it to be .......... "bracing" ............ a tad breezy .

Well, if you venture down there, lela, it will be, as they say in Hawaii, "Aloooooha!" And it won't mean hello this time.

If I didn't know better, I'd think you were insinuating something!

You can't teach a Heinz pickle nothing, Suzy! ;DDD

"The only people who would dare venture down to this treacherous shoreline are either very, very stupid or intentionally suicidal." That says it all.

The best of luck to you. Lela!

I'll send you a couple of more photos, Andie, just to show you how rocky it is. :)

Impressive rocks but I'll keep off the shoreline ,I promise ,although we usually love doing that ,well Jacques mainly.♥☺♥☺♥

Good...but make him take all those dirty socks in for a wash with him... ;DDD

Ooh I think I'll just look after Lela's towel further back then.

There pleads my argument!!! ;D

Ohhh ....... think I'll just go for a quick swim!

The waves don't generally reach this high, Jill, so there aren't any rock pools with interesting sea life to inspect. And the only people who would dare venture down to this treacherous shoreline are either very, very stupid or intentionally suicidal. This is actually a promontory stuck out in the Atlantic...there are much gentler shorelines farther inland. :)

Be lots of wonderful rock pools to explore there Faye. Beautiful long view.

I just loved the wide blue expanse of water, Ardy...the same one that touches your lovely Ocean City. ❤️❤️❤️

Didn't do much rock climbing here, Faye. It was often wet and rather slippery. ☺ Thanks for fun memories. ♥♥
