Why are you reporting this puzzle?

This compound has the same symmetry a cube and you can see a cross in the order four symmetry axis. At the same time you can recognise pentagrams and equilateral triangles. The diameter of the model is around 13 cm (~5.1 inches)

This wasn't my first try of this model. I started building in June 2018 , but noticed that it didn't work well and I decided to start over in August to make corrections for the thickness of the material. The model was finished in November 2018.

Are you saying that I'm not really having fun? ;)

I am familiar with Robert's Stella. It's quite an impressive program! My problem is that it doesn't run in Linux.

Therefore I have been developing my own program. It's OS independent, but it's really only used by me, even though it's publicly available on github. A long time ago I implemented compounds of polyhedra and since Stella didn't have support for that at that time Robert asked me how I had done that. Stella has had support for compound polyhedra for quite some time now.

I also worked with folded heptagons, as you can see in some other puzzles here. I don't think you can do that in Stella either, but I might be wrong, since I'm not using it.

Congratulations.
If you really want to have fun with polyhedrons I recommend Robert Webb's Great Stella program or its variants. https://www.software3d.com/Stella.php
