This expresses joy in a powerful way.

Then BIG TEARS,
Now SMILES because HE is free.~~~Denn

What a beautiful tribute to a sweet boy from his loving father! If you believe; then he is running and playing with other children and a dog or two; doing the things he couldn't do on his short time on earth!

PutterDutt: my sentiments exactly.

I can't imagine anyone seeing this, even without the backstory, and not getting tears in their eyes.

PutterDutt: the honor is mine.

That is beyond beautiful to ethereal. God bless the creator of this wonderful fitting and encouraging tribute.

Beautiful loving decent from a world bound with a disability. I dream of running threw a field of flowers free of limitations from post polio. You make my heart free because I understand what it means. Thank you. Take care. Your son was lucky to have you as his dad.

What a moving tribute and beautiful reminder of the Father's love

That's the most touching memorial I've ever seen.

Thank you, Donna.

It was an honor to solve this puzzle. I was so moved that I googled the child's name. Here's some info:

In a Salt Lake City cemetery in Utah, a tombstone with the sculpture of a boy rising from a wheelchair, free from his earthly burden and reaching for the sky, keeps a beautiful memory of a child named Matthew. Matthew Stanford Robinson was born On September 23, 1988. He left this world in 1999; free of his disabilities.

Bless the child and his father!

Very moving tribute.

I know more than 3 children who have done just this!!
