Lori, this was a wonderful gift and I can't even begin to thank you for this "Surprise Party"!! Usually my birthdays are uneventful and even a bit melancholy as a reminder of getting older, but yesterday I didn't even think that once! All I could focus on was this GREAT group of friends I have made over the last year or so!!

OK...just read through all of these wonderful birthday wishes for Joe, checked out all the great links & Have been laughing & crying at the same time...and after all that 'ghost' business the other day had me irate/stressed until Joes Place cavalry arrived with the best weaponry...humor! (@liz_F ...still laughing!) -- It was my pleasure to make this card, and all of you are amazing friends. Joe, my favorite part is that you bring everyone together with music & information, from all different era's & genres' and always welcome everyone's input. This post is filled with friends from all different countries of all different ages.... Thank *you*. Are you kidding, Joe!! You chose Music--the Universal language. But it never would have been the music alone that kept us (and *keeps* us) coming back. It's your overall personality and generous nature that makes this forum what it is. The friends you've brought together here are not going anywhere (except occasionally John--to the dungeon). There could never be another MC to replace you, and that's that!!

I can't slack off Maggie, you know that :)) Since starting this I've only missed one day because I didn't have my laptop with me in the hospital. But thankfully many of my friends picked up the slack! Who knew where this would lead?? Thank you, and everyone else, for helping me do this. If no one commented I probably would have given up :))
