This is hilarious! Proof reading is vital when spending expensive money on a street sign. How do the residents get deliveries? Heavy appliance dealers park outside the residential area, and use dollies to carry heavy items into the neighborhood? That would suck.

At least there were 2 languages involved. I remember the one in a bakery - a woman ordered 2 cakes, for her twins' birthdays. One said, "Happy Birthday!" The other said '"Both the same."
