We had -40 in Minnesota years ago. That is cold! And that was in Minneapolis. It was -60 Fahrenheit in International Falls.

I read of a town in Iceland yesterday that dropped to a -40˚ cold over the weekend, I reckon this might help there. Blimey! imagine -40˚!
