Our new doggie door.

Thanks to you both for solving my puzzle and for your questions! Just to the left of this gate is the big gate across the driveway; our house would be behind you if you were standing here and facing this direction. We have two big dog brothers, half Pyrenees & half Kangal, who now weigh around 170 pounds each. Our yard is fenced and fairly large, but these are huge guardian dogs who want to patrol big areas. Once I get the goats fed and put away each evening, we open this gate so the dogs can come and go as they please, depending upon the direction the coyotes are howling!

Unique idea! So how does this work? I guess you can lock the gate if you don't want the dogs to wander too far.

But how do the dogs unlock the door ??????
