Maindiff Court Hospital

The larger buildings were back further on the land Nev. In World War II, the facility was known as Maindiff Court Military Hospital and POW Reception Centre. Half of the site was used for recuperating wounded soldiers.

Maindiff Court today comprises 4 wards, 1 day hospital and an ECT Department which lie within beautifully kept grounds.

Her name is Aaliyah. And she definitely looks like my granddaughter. Now, we just have the grandson that is due in January and another great-grand (don't know if it's a boy or girl) in February. I can completely understand Len becoming impatient. It does seem like it's been a long time. I sure hope you hear something soon. : )

S'mae Aishah, so good to hear from you again. I gathered that you must be away. What an exciting time for you and your family. What has this new Great-granddaughter been named? Who does she look like and is your g'daughter/g'DIL okay. We often forget the mother's when asking about a new baby don't we [speaking generally that is] We'll be able to swap notes when our first GGD arrives next March, so that will be fun.

I've just been posting a few pics of around Abergavenny or in Welsh, 'Y Fenni'. Weather fine here today, no news yet about Len's MRI, and needless to say he is a tad uptight with this wait.

Hi, Phyllis. I just thought I would pop in and say hello. I was out of town for a few days. Great-grandbaby #3 came a couple of weeks early. Lots of snowy driving but it was worth it. This is the first great-granddaughter. : )
