A screenshot is just a picture of what your screen looks like, you can do it by hitting the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard (which will copy the image to your clipboard, and you can then paste it in another program like Microsoft Paint.)
Not that I'm aware of, but I solved this one in 2:35:01 by screenshotting the puzzle, sorting all the pieces by color (first into columns by the color of the top left square, then into rows by the top right square) and assembling it by seeing which pieces I needed to go where. Sometimes with the harder puzzles doing something like that can really help.
