Contemporary Lakota artist Joe Pulliam creates watercolors on antique ledger paper. His bold colors bring history to life, while carrying a message for today. Pullliam's work has been shown at the Smithsonian's National Museum of American Indian and featured in it's quarterly magazine. His work is for sale through the Pine Ridge Art Center, Pine Ridge SD and on their website.
