Thanks Cathy, I love the poem too.

I like the picture and the poem! Thank you, Ank and snooker.

And somethings you never forget. And I like the poem.

Had to memorize that poem in school many years ago. :)

Well stated, snooker.

Wow Pat, this is lovely, thanks. I will save this.

The goldenrod is yellow,
The corn is turning brown;
The trees in apple orchards
With fruit are bending down.

Glad you like it Sandy. Do I understand well, today is Halloween? Then happy Halloween.

Missed this this morning Ank. Goldenrod and love the red berries too.

Hi Hanne.
Gyldenris = Guldenroede = Goldenrod.
Mostly I hear it here with an other name, but I can't remember. .........herb

I don't remember the English word right now, but in Danish it's Gyldenris. What is it in Dutch? Thanks Ank!!

Hi Shirley. Patty, Ardy and Lorna. This walk I made at Sept 22, and I post everyday one photo. Somewhere next week I finally come home to this long walk. Then I needed 1.5 month to make it. I'm tired of it. lol
But indeed there are still a lot of wild flowers and there is still very much green. We don't have many colors this year. I think because it was so wet.
I'm glad you all enjoy it, thanks for dropping in.

Lovely set as usual Ank. And a colourful walk! Thanks.

Lovely. Thanks, Ank. Is this earlier in the year or are things still this green and blooming?

Love those wild flowers thanks :)))

Ank, you do see some pretty things on your walks, I thank you for sharing them .

Walking down the street we take a look to the right. Lots of wild flowers.
