That's sweet of you Suzy, thank you! Well, I am walking Elsa at 5 am and after 10 pm, (she's not impressed) and we've been fine. Today is more humid though and the house is too hot to start the day. Elsa might well need her cool coat even inside and she'll be even less impressed! But this is the last day of the crazy temperatures thank goodness. I hate summer and I can't wait for Autumn! ☺

Thanks Jill! Can you tell I know nothing about chickens? ☺ But I do know they have no road sense. Many a car heading to or from the car park had to wait for them to decide whether or not to cross the road to this area of grass or to just stand a bit longer in the middle of the road and contemplate the matter! ☺
