Thank you, Kayell! I've made a note. The color variations are like the Cosmos I've grown from seed (inspired by Impie! :-)) The packet shows yellows, golden orange and reds. Didn't get that full range but there variations from from golden yellows into more orange are fun and "happy". Just posted a photo.

I just found the label for them. They're Petunia Cascadia Indian Summer. I love the way they change colour - will definitely buy them again...!

Oh, too funny, Kayell. From here the petunias look like million bells. LOL Love that they're more compact. Here, in the Pacific Northwest, the bigger ones can also be a bit too blowsy....maybe that's why I'm such a fan of the million bells....more compact, bloom like crazy and keep their "looks" ;-)

I love Bacopas too, Impie. I put one in almost every pot/basket I plant up but have never (yet!) tried them on their own. I love your trouser planter and am glad you've managed to find a replacement.

Nancy - yes - the red ones are million bells. It's the first time I've used the yellowy/peachy petunias too. When I moved here, I gave up on the standard sized (blowsy!) petunias because it can be very, very windy. I saw these in the garden centre, though - smaller, more compact - and decided to take a chance.

So far so good - watch this space....!

After solving I see my first thought was right.....the bottom plant is Bacopa. I so love that happy plant. I used to plant one in my trouser planter every year and then it looked like it's getting 'flowered arms'. I'm so glad my son found me a new trouser planter at a thrift store a couple of months ago after my old planter was 'dead and done' a few years ago. They aren't for sale anymore, but now I have a (as good as new) trouser planter again with a white Bacopa in it and it's doing great!!! After the season I'll clean the planter and take it inside until nxt Spring!!!

Here's a link to the Bacopa planter:

Soooo pretty, Kayell! Love all the colors. Are the smaller red trumpets also million bells, or?

Impie

So lovely, Kayell...such a wonderful combination of plants and colours!
