Why are you reporting this puzzle?

to a special buddy who crossed over one year ago after 19 wonderful years. This is one of the very first photos (film, no less, so this is a photo of a photo) of a newly arrived wee fella exploring his new home in November 2001. He became Lord Peter Wimsey (aka Wimsey) and was a wonderful companion for 19 years. As new roomies Tavish and Oliver add their vibe and take over the household, Wimsey is still with us in spirit, as is Tango. Wimsey's probably shaking his head at some of the antics, but I bet he secretly approves. Appreciate you, Wimsey. Cheers 😊💕😊💕

Aww, what a wonderful tribute to your sweet boy Wimsey, Nancy. One year already....a year has gone by so fast and I've been thinking of him on 9/11. A day not many will ever forget ,but I also remember how soon after his birthday he crossed the Rainbow Bridge last year.
He'll be forever in your and our hearts ❤💕❤
