Get thee to Arizona.....this is coming soon!!!!!

The "snow" count for New Mexico indicated that Sandia Park (far east part of Albuquerque in the foothills) got 10.6" while Santa Fe received 8+" on the West Mesa nothing but cold rain.

Yes, good heavy wet snow. Great for snowmen and snow forts like the kids down the way made. Alas it was too wet and heavy for a lot of trees now that they have leaves, broken down trees everywhere.

Is it good snowman making snow? :)

PLG this started last night about 5:00 and has not let up since, it looks like in the protected areas to be about 8 to 10 inches now. But as you say, it will soon be gone.

Now pumpkinhead you have me confused. I missed winter but yet I didn't miss winter and now for sure I didn't miss winter. The only this tells me is that I came home too soon.

Yikes! (We got snow all day long on Thursday. But by Friday it was melted.)

Have you thought perhaps this was to give you the bit of winter you missed? :)

Gee Atsutsa one could imagine snow in the Rockies in late late April but Albuquerque? That's not right.

Well fodus you had predicted and I had hoped but it was not to be, and its still snowing here and could continue through the night.

I know our weatherman in Albuquerque was down right sadistic this morning showing pictures of snow on the eastside of the city. Gr-r-r-r-r-r

I had predicted that winter was over, but on the way to Moscow, Idaho, it snowed~
