I am holding onto further devlopments.

patsquire

Hmmmmmm, I fear optimism may be premature.

Dr. (good) Egg is in the hands of serial vivisectionist-cum-mad scientist "Dr." Adonis B. Bugosi. I fear his brain will soon be in a jar of phormandehide, fromandohoyd, formaldehyde on a shelf somewhere in the bowels of B.A.R.F. (the notorious Bugosi Animal Research Farm).

And I fear, I truly fear, that once SlimyRogerBugosi gets his hands on "THE MONUMENTS" he will HOLD THEM FOR RANSOM until he is paid an outrageous amount by the governments of the world to get them back.

HOLD ON FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS!!!!!

Elfie

Hahahahahaha - don't even know "ladies" from ladies....

gemstone

That's no lady, that's................

rogerbugosi

You're very welcome, double-stitch........I'm glad to see that there's at least ONE lady here with good taste!......
Toodle-pip!

JM_Cookie

Is the Good Egg hard boiled?

juneshone

always somebody to spoil a good view

MrPogle

HE IS RISEN!!

rogerbugosi

Hoppy Easter, everyone........
I HAVE SAVED THE WORLD!!

lelabugosi

Hoppy Easter, everyone!

I can now report that the not-so-dramatic "Who stole Big Ben?" saga has reached a happy conclusion......The HEROIC Uncle Roger Bugosi, making an unprecedented sacrifice to the world, has endured a gruelling 7 day poker-marathon, where the stakes were no less than THE RESTORATION OF THE WORLD"S NATIONAL MONUMENTS!........Uncle Roger defeated the Drs.Egg & Egg, and one of the Eggs (the bad Egg) has flown home in the Egg-O-Sphere........The other Egg (the good Egg) has sworn allegiance to the flag of Bonga-Bonga, and will remain here under the charge of Dr.Adonis B.Bugosi.........

wicca

Happy Easter ya'll. Did everyone get some candy? I have plenty to go around. BTW if oldfart offers you any chocolate eggs .....DON"T take any!

petslave

Hoppy Easter everyone..... love ya!

lelabugosi

Yes, Mr.Biscuit....Mr.Squirt is cooking it up ......... must be a plot in a pot...........

JM_Cookie

What Plot?
There's a plot?

lelabugosi

Enough of your shenanigans, Mr.Squirt!.........Your unfounded allegations/allusions/illusions hold no water here........And dogdaze is not to blame for the vampire insects - I believe Sir Wainthorpe kept the bunny outfit in his garden shed, alongside the stuffed animals........
Juneee........yes, the world is full of small horrors.....and plenty of big ones too, also, as well......

juneshone

the mention of ticks reminds me, it is time for my annual shill out of savings to swell the coffers of my dogs Vet. Ah well if it keeps the mutts safe it's one worry less. We had a relatively warm winter here and it seems small critters of never before seen variety have joined the ranks of the more prosaic small horrors, ah woe is me.

patsquire

Sheesh! Just a little editing, you know. I'd forgotten to blame Dogdaze for your fleas, so I added those few sentences and reposted. Cripes! Settle down! We all know you've lost the plot, your mind and most of your money, slaving away trying to create new puzzles for us here on Jigidi. No need to get all b*tchy about it!

HAPPY EASTER!

Dogdaze

Mr.Squirt.......HMPH!...and WOOF!
Helloo, precious-poodle, you're looking as charming as ever.....wanna go for a dig?............

lelabugosi

AHA!.....I make my "HMPPPPPPPPPPH" comment, in reply to the Squirty comment - and he REMOVES HIS COMMENT!....Only to return as if nothing had happened.......'tis a plot to make it look as though I have lost the plot!.....

gemstone

You're in charge Bubba...the rest of us have our eyes averted lest we go blind!

patsquire

Ahhhhhh! Up and fresh once again, from a long refreshing nap of refreshizement! Reflecting on lela's dilemma I was suddenly struck by a memory . . . . . . . 20 or thirty years ago I was watching American football one frigid Sunday afternoon. The TV scanned the crowd and showed the world a man dressed in a head-to-toe fuzzy white outfit, I suppose a polar bear costume since it was winter.

The game went on and eventually came to an end. In the aftermath the commentators were filling air time with their jabber and the cameramen were looking for anything interesting to show. Suddenly the screen changed and there stood the man in the fuzzy white outfit, fully engulfed in flames from head-to-toe! They were funny looking pink flames, not large and roaring but active nonetheless. During the one full second or so he was on the air he was just standing there, not leaping about or flailing his arms, and then ZIP! the screen changed to another camera and we never saw him again. Don't know what happened, what the outcome was, never read anything in the newspaper about him, don't know how he got set on fire.

Sorry, just a random recollection. GLAD it didn't happen to you, lela! Hey! Now we can really call you lelabug, lelaBUG, get it? Fleabitten, BUG infested lelaBUG! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Dogdaze, don't act the innocent, pretending you're scared. We know he got the fleas from YOU! You flea-ridden, foul-breath, scurvy, skeevy, lyme-tick-carrying mangy mutt!

Robbiel

GET THE BAYGON OUT...............PSSSSSSSSST..............PSSSSSSSSST............GET RID OF THOSE PESKY FLEAS MATE!.........

lelabugosi

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMPH!..................................(scratch)...................

lelabugosi

I have removed the costume.....all I have on now is a thick coating of white powder........never again!!....

Elfie

Juneee you are so sweet - it was my joke!! - I knew..........

Surreal_Heidi

MrsBugosi.... I like you. You're my kind of woman. Is lela rolling around with or without rabbit costume?

I still say that the picture reminds me of the Beast of Caerbannog going after some Nuns. I think it's a wonderful picture for the holiday spirit!

juneshone

this one looks constipated, nowt hippity hoppity happening there, or here either just a slow crawl up the wooden hill. Have fun All y'all

cakes1947

Here comes Peter Cottontail ........ hopping down the Bunny Trail ......... hippity hop hop hopping all the way ...................... HAPPY EASTER!!!

juneshone

itsy bitsy Hanne, not itchy just tiny and she lost part of it and stayed hiding under the water

Elfie

Wasn't there something about an itchy bitchy bikini once???

juneshone

I've got you under my skin
I've got you deep in the heart of me
So deep in my heart you're really a part of me...................................

MrsBugosi

WAKE UP, EVERYONE!
I have to report that Lela will be absent for a while, as he has a rash........I have emptied a box of flea powder over his body, and he is now in the garden, rolling in the grass.........

Sir Wainthorpe! How nice to see you again. It's been years. Hasn't it? Um, I'm pretty tired, no sleep since yesterday. But really, it's been years. Hasn't it? Sir_Wainthorpe_Bugosi

Hellooo, chaps and chapettes!.....
The bunny suit is actually mine.......I used to wear it on snail-hunting missions to Equatorial Guinea.......the natives were terrified when they saw me!........Well, apart from one little maiden, called H'ed-ly-ce, who fell head over heels in love with my cuddly self.....I chopped off my fluffy tail and left it with her as a keepsake.......
I also wore it at my knighthood - King George V was highly impressed!......

juneshone

looks as if he is not totally content with something, could be that it's itchy. I read a book where somebody got into a suit they couldn't get out of and a spider hatched hundreds of little ones

petslave

Good morning, thunder storms going on right now. BOOMERS and rain. I love rain. it's 7:12am here in wet south Florida. How's by you all? Ready for another day of tomfoolery, or just plain foolishness?

Robbiel

I wonder if Mrs. B aired the suit out first, looks like moth balls were around it in the drawer!

juneshone

hey TomCat I think you are right, Lela is going purple in the face, could be due to constriction. Maybe Mrs B ought to have re-measured our learless feader. or is it just an old bunny suit she has stuffed him into? I can just imagine her saying "Oh stop whining Lela of course it still fits and you have a job to do, go do it!"

gemstone

Tsk tsk!

Plumpossum

Tsk.

Elfie

Can't you vary them: tsk, tsk ..... hmph..... phhhht - and in small letters???

ThomasCat

I think the bunny suit is too tight....lela looks as if he is going to explode.....or maybe he needs to........

JM_Cookie

I know .. I know .. He's Pooka...
http://www.akronhistory.org/white_rabbit.htm
That's it an Easter Pooka

petslave

Shaking my head . . . what is this web site coming to! shameful, shameful I say!
And I LOVE IT!!! no hee hee's from me. OOps, just did, tsk. Strike that. Those of you on the other side of our planet must be on the way to bed. I just finished dinner, 5 more hours before I go to bed.
so will say good night sweet dreams of bunnies, and candy and jelly beans and peeps.

Robbiel

HMPH!.......PHHHHT!.............Tsk, tsk!.........

lelabugosi

I think "Hee-Hee-Hee-Hee-Hee!" is often an appropriate comment, on a par with "HMPH!" and, to a lesser extent "Tsk, tsk"............though "PHHHHT" can come in handy also, as well, too.......

patsquire

Thank you Heidi-of-the-floppy-clocks, I'd forgotten all about the Beast:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=X9aSjlyIBAk

As lela so appropriately says, Hee-Hee-Hee-Hee-Hee!

lelabugosi

Surreal-half-beard..........No blood has been shed here - after all, Bonga-Bonga is known as "Islus Pacificus".....which may, or may not, mean something...........

Surreal_Heidi

I see that bunny, and all my brain sees is the famous Beast of Caerbannog (the Killer Bunny from Monty Python and the Holy Grail). Is that why there's so much red on the picture?

lelabugosi

Hee-Hee-Hee-Hee-Hee!............Yes......guffaw......I think......chortle.......it probably does........!

Robbiel

Jenny received 85 emails today........I received NONE..............Does that mean something Lela?!

lelabugosi

Star-muncher.....I believe the theme would be...."madness!"..........
gerdje-thingy......not a drop touched my lips.......I am like this without the wine............
Yes, wagon-mound, though it really doesn't bother me at all..........

carthill

Almost a 'Ten Star' here Lela!

petslave

Hey chickie mother of fowl.... I know a thing or two about "nuns with rulers". They scared the [I won't mention} out of me! I had to attend a Catholic school for one term when I was 10 years old. Scarred me for LIFE! Never went back, to the school or the church. So it's good to see them on "holiday" looking jubilant and carefree and WITHOUT those darn rulers!!! Hail the Easter bunny, long may he/she live. I'm still licking chocolate off my fingers, some got on the keyboard. What a mess!

Dear Lela , did you create this Card without tadpole wine ? I beleave ,,,,, at least 2 bottles !

patsquire

What's on second. I meant who?

lelabugosi

What?

patsquire

Huh?

lelabugosi

Whaddya mean, "Huh"?........

patsquire

Huh?

lelabugosi

Thank you, down-under-Rob, Happy Easter-thingy!......
Yes, Juneee - they're on holiday, hee-hee!......
Mr.Le-Squirt......This costume is going down a treat with the ladieees of Bonga-Bonga.......

patsquire

You see, we have these holidays. They should be pleasant times, happy little occasions with days off from work, family gatherings, sometimes a party or a nice special dinner. But then somebody always brings religion into it and suddenly there are nuns everywhere, ritual animal sacrifice (eating bunnies and colorful foam-rubber chicks) and dragging the kids off to church when they'd rather be looking in nooks and crannies for hidden candy!

I say, let's take the religion out of Easter and just celebrate it for what it is!

Lelabug, you look like Ralphie in A Christmas Story in that droopy-eared bunny costume. I wouldn't pet that bunny with a six-inch pole!

juneshone

where d'you get non-violent nuns? looks like this lot are on something

Robbos

Cute...very cute!!
Thanks and have a good Easter☺☺

lelabugosi

Yes, Mr.Christmas-caroll.........I believe such a time as Easter should be celebrated in a solemn and dignified manner.......

lelabugosi

In that case, you may stroke my ears......
Thank you, mother-of-chickens.......yes, these are non-violent nuns........

chickiemama

Happy Easter to all the adorable bunnies in Bonga Bonga along with the not so adorable ones. I'm happy to see jubilant nuns minus their rulers.

petslave

Tsk, just wanted to pet it a little bit. Humph! I use to have rabbit fur mittens, gazillion moons ago, I remember how soft the fur was. I miss the feel of bunny fur. Funny story about those mittens. I was living in hot Miami, Florida at the time, a child hood friend mailed them to me. She lived in Connecticut, which has very cold winters. I laughed and laughed! Miami doesn't have winter's like Connecticut. hahahahaha. Hardly any winters at all in Miami. I have no idea where my mittens have gone. Makes me feel sad now. Any way . . . If you wish to keep the bunny to yourself that's fine. I will console myself with a chocolate bunny instead, even without the fur. Do you have any idea how soft chocolate feels when rubbed up against your skin, your cheek, your lips . . . ahhhhh

Dogdaze

WOOF!......
Little doggie - do you want to help me dig some holes?........

lelabugosi

Capture-'n-sew......The red patch is my Mickey Mouse Club badge........
mascot-in-bondage.......You may look, but you may not touch.....this is Easter, after all.....

petslave

Can I touch your bunny?

lelabugosi

♫ ♪ "C'mon, c'mon' c'mon.......touch me babe....can't you see.....that I am not afraid......what was that promise that you made?" ♫ ♪♫ ♪.............(That's from memory, hee-hee!).....

Robbiel

Oh I am so glad you didn't wear something silly Lela! You look simply...........well............very............I'm sure you know the word I am looking for...........so best wishes to you and yours! The Doors were singing "Touch me baby" while I solved this, very appropriate........I think!

lelabugosi

I am glad to see that my disguise completely threw you, Mr.Biscuit......

JM_Cookie

Which one is the real Easter Bunny ?? Shall we just let Junee start chomping ears?

lelabugosi

Thank you, lady-of-letters and Hanne-with-pipe.......I was going to dress in something whimsical, but I didn't want to look silly.......

Elfie

As long as they are THERE.....Easter greetings for you and all Bonga-Bonga, be careful with chocolate and other eggs....

jyl

This is outrageous! I love it! Thank you so much--can't stop laughing.
