Why are you reporting this puzzle?

It began snowing last evening and continued through the night.

This is a new feeding station in our backyard. There had been a single crook to hold the seed cake.

There is a sneak-peak at the head of the red-bellied woodpecker on the seed cake. Of course, even though it has some red on the head too, there are other woodpeckers that have much more red and so another is called the red-headed woodpecker. ;)

Thank you Nicci - we keep getting snow and it is very unusual for November here in Michigan. I love it, but I know that others do not.

This has been a wonderful week for lovely morning snows, Patti. The prediction is for more tonight, Saturday and Sunday.

Oh, yes, Suzy! We saw a clip on the news tonight and a young woman was so happy to have significant snow in a more southern state that she was dancing in the show showers. : ) The birds have several places to go to eat now, only they still feud over who should be on the various feeders. ; )

Yes, we had quite a snowfall, as well. It is beautiful to look at and light enough that it is fluffy and not sticking to the roads, but definitely to the trees and the grass is covered. It is the kind of winter day I wish we had all winter long. Lovely for going for a walk, not too cold, not enough to have to shovel and pretty.
