I just looked her up on Wiki. She wrote many books, but one of them is called "Your Baby can swim." Also a lot of info re: myotherapy. Very amazing woman, lived to the age of 97! Guess she did something right :^)

I remember Bonnie Prudden from I was little (about 60 years ago). She had some kind of exercise program in the mornings. I think she was also a proponent of teaching babies to swim, and I seem to remember her daughter was swimming when very tiny. I had forgotten about her. Thank you for the info!

I do Quickplay puzzles without looking at the "top of the box" because I like to have a surprise when the picture comes together. This was a nice one!
I also have fibromyalgia. I have been taming it with a technique called "Myotherapy" for about 30 years now. It is described in a book by that title written by Bonnie Prudden. Book is still available, new and used. When I first discovered the book I was so stiff and sore I was convinced I only had a few months left to live because I could not get a good breath because my rib muscles were barely able to move. I was miserable, miserable, all over! The first few experiments I did worked. I got some relief! I kept at it and gradually became able to move and breathe more and more normally.
Now in my 70s, I still use it, but much less often. When the stiffness and soreness reach a level where I can't do the things I need to do, I banish it yet again with a little pressure in the right places, followed by some gentle stretches to remind my muscles it is OK to turn me loose. Try it. You won't break anything, and you may very well gain your freedom: Myotherapy. Bonnie Prudden.

I am so sorry about all of your health trouble. I will pray for you (even if you don't like cats or gorillas). And I know you know, He ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS answers our prayers, although not always in the way we want or expect.

I mostly have the Chronic pain due 2 Fibromyalgia & Osteoarthritis & it is migratory. I 've been 2 every speciality doctor ewe can name. I have had a lot of surgeries, tests, injections, infusions, acupuncture, pills, I even got my whole body tazed (I don't know what that test was called, butt it hurt like hell). Now the Doctors of Science say that I am a bafflement, butt I am in their National Data Base System in case something new comes along & I have tried 1 type of oral medicine & 2 infusions since I was put in2 this data base. So as of now I am just a Cute Fat Guinea Pig that likes her Cookies :) :) :)

Thanks, little siS. But you need many angels also. My thoughts and prayers are going out to you too. You need it as much as my hubby. If we can ever get this new treatment and it works, I will let you know to tell your doctor. Maybe it will help you too. :-))
