kunanyi/Mt Wellington is 1270 metres tall and provides a magnificent backdrop to Hobart, the capital city of Tasmania. It is a wonderful playground for hikers, mountain bikers, rock climbers and, occasionally, parapenters. The mountain is interlaced with hiking trails, especially on the eastern, more sheltered slopes facing the city. These fungi were photographed in late autumn (the 14th of May, 2020).
