The tree must be happy, Iammjc! I do not have a green thumb and other than having it trimmed each year I leave it to live it's life. Fortunately, the deer do not find it tasty!

Wow, beautiful blooms. Mine was magnificent this year. Attempted to make puzzles of photos of it but it was too hard for even me to put together so I tossed them. I'm glad I solved yours - so pretty.

Hi PzzlGrl! Enjoyable trees for sure. My blooms have lasted longer this year.....perhaps, as the days are cool (give or take that 2 days of warm weather we had). :)

My first spring in this house. Was overjoyed to see how full of blossoms is the snowball bush. Some branches are so laden that they almost reach the ground.

Carol Lol---a little rain and they will return.

I wish I could get the deer to leave our stuff alone. Something's been eating my peonies.

Calluna, it is a pretty snowstorm. Sally, the deer don't bother it. Sadly, the deer have stayed clear of my yard after I sprayed the weeds (combination vinegar, Epsom salts and Dawn). It will wear off and they will be back..... :)

Obviously the deer leave it alone!

Oh wow. Never saw one....sooo pretty. And the best kind of "snowstorm" LOL :-))

Hi Jals and BeatleCarol........tree was here when I bought the house. Love it, so pretty .
This one requires little maintenance other than a bit of a trim each year. When the wind comes up it provides a little flower snowstorm!

I am enjoying my neighbor's, not as nice as this one. I want one of my own but no space to plant it.

We once had a neighbor who had one of these. It was so pretty, I loved to see it bloom every year.
