Why are you reporting this puzzle?

In 1952, L. S. Lowry was commissioned by York Art Gallery to paint a scene of York. He actually created three paintings - this one, entitled A View of York (from Tang Hall Bridge), portrays a view of the Derwent Valley Light Railway from Tang Hall bridge (Melrosegate) in the York suburbs.

Thanks SBR, this is the first Lowry I've done, and what a challenge. In chocolate terms this is a 90%++ bar.
