Why are you reporting this puzzle?

On 8 August 1867, Camille gave birth to a baby boy, Monet's first son. He was later baptised as Jean-Armand-Claude Monet.

Monet was very surprised that he had great affection for the child when he first set his eyes on him.

Jean Monet in His Cradle was painted by Monet when his son was 4 months old. The lady in the painting is Julie Vellay who is a companion of Camille Pissaro.

4th of a set of 4 paintings on Jean Monet. Please enjoy.

Cheerio, Jason :-)

What can I say? Your Monet postings were exquisite as usual. This one really caught my attention. There is so much attention paid to the small things about his son, like toys, covers, and his facial features really stand out. Thanks for all of these ones Jason, hope you have a wonderful day...........Wendy
