Why are you reporting this puzzle?

One good cartoon puzzle deserves another, right? When I saw Bill_I_Am's "Early Drafts" puzzle (see https://www.jigidi.com/jigsaw-puzzle/UAQNC9DN/early-drafts), I immediately thought of this Sidney Harris cartoon that I first saw back in the '60s, pouring through my uncle's Playboy stash - hee hee. Even back then it cracked me up. So thanks Bill for rekindling that memory and here's another well deserved sequel puzzle.

Andy, that was my twin brother who was staying with me while the rest of his family was on vacation. People have the dog-gonest trouble telling us apart.
