Why are you reporting this puzzle?

We had beautiful rain last week, most unusual in May, and the birds enjoyed the rain too.

Top Left: Some Grey Crowned Babblers enjoying the rain and the bird bath! They make a lot of fuss and noise.

Top Right: Some little Peaceful Doves sat in the wet grass seeing the Babblers wouldn't share the bird bath.

Bottom Left: We have been having a mouse plague for some weeks now and these little Raptors have come to hunt the mice. This one rested on the new airport fence and I had the zoom on full to get him. We think it's a Black Kite. We have only seen their backs and also their outline flying about us.

Bottom Right: The Kookaburras are hunters too and have enjoyed the mice. This one sat on the clothesline to watch.

All photos taken on very rainy days, so apologies for the quality of the pics.

Thanks Maureen, hugs to you my friend. ♥♥♥

No the raptor was being blown around in the wind. I think he may be a young one too, not got his full colours yet. Thanks and hugs my friend. ♥♥

Thanks Andie, our mother knew a lot of birds but also I have a wonderful book with illustrations of every Aussie bird (and the imported ones)!! Julian knows a lot of birds too.
The rain has been amazing for the gardens. I hope you get some soon.
Hugs my friend. ♥♥

Marina everyone in town has mice and they are not welcome. The rain has been fabulous. Thanks and hugs. ♥

Dear Janet, the photos are very good because it was raining. It's a beautiful collage. Thanks and hugs my friend. ♥♥♥

Always enjoy your bird collage. Thank you, Janet and hugs my friend ☺♥♥

Some very pretty visitors you gave Janet.
Thanks and hugs ❤❤❤

I have never seen the Babblers before Janet - they are lovely! The little doves are sweet too - The raptor is moulting and Mr Kookaburra is looking very handsome :-))
Another lovely collage Janet - well done! xx

Having rain is so good for everyone. You seem to have a great variety of birds which come for a visit and seasonal food (mice). You are very lucky.

I'm glad you had some rain dear Janet. We'd need some too as the garden is very dry .
I'm always amazed at how well you know birds'names.Apart from sparrows and blue tits and doves of course I wouldn't be able to name others.
I try to chase the doves away as I wouldn't like the cats to get them.

Thanks Val, I think the birds are stuffed full of mice! If it was breeding season, they would have happy babies. Hugs my friend. ♥♥♥

Thanks Jacki, we love seeing and hearing the kookaburras. The doves are sweet with their blue beaks and blue around their eyes. The Babblers hang out in big groups, often all one family. They are very cheerful birds. Hugs my friend. ♥

Thanks Anny, I think the birds are getting tired of mice! Hugs my friend. ♥♥

Interesting to see your birds Janet, and interesting info too, glad the birds are helping with the mice, Hugs my friend ♥♥♥

Lovely bird collage Janet. I love the kookaburras, mainly because of the jaunty Kookaburra song. Your doves are the same shape as ours but their plumage is lovely for its difference from ours. Your raptors look quite similar to ours and the babblers are something new to me. Lovely! Thank you and hugs

All Beautiful Birds Janet, I hope they get all the mice for you, Hugs my friend xx

Shirley we have an old house and they can pop in where there's the smallest crack. Julian is gradually trying to block up any possible places. It's officially a plague here. ♥

Thanks Nev, there are four kites which circle above us all day. Hugs my friend, ♥♥♥

We do have a few out back in the shed, Janet, I keep an eye out but don't see how they could get into the house, at least I hope not.

Janet, great to hear that the Kookas and the Kites are not going hungry.
A most interesting collage today - thank you. ♥♥♥

Thanks redina, yes the kookaburras and the kites are all busy eating mice. Hugs my friend. ♥

Thanks Shirley, do you have bad mice numbers there? It's terrible here.
Hugs my friend. ♥

You've got lots of nice company, and the kookaburras are very welcome, I'm sure . since they take care of the rodent problem. TFS

Nice collage, glad to see you have some help with the mice plague, Thanks, Janet ♥
