We drove around Padre Island TX and we saw this doe close to the road and with her were three youngsters almost grown up.

Thanks!

@Ginni2 Deep Brain Stimulation. A blood vessel was ruptured during the surgery by the insertion of the electrodes which is a very thin rod with electrodes placed on it. It stimulates the brain in the chosen area and the shaking is reduced.

Oh, Marilyn, that's great news. Francis had Parkinson's but also other issues. He'd had a heart valve stint surgery about 4 years before I met him. We talked about the surgery and he decided he didn't want to attempt it on top of every thing else. I'm glad they are making strides in this horrid disease.

Ginni2

Tell me the name of the surgery again, please. I was telling someone about it. Her father has Parkinson's.

@Impie I have the three youngsters but this was the better photo. I'll post another tomorrow.

@Ginni2 Yes! his surgery is a great success. His left side is steady. He has decided to have the other side done this June. The surgical injury was a 1 to 100 chance that it could happen. It was an awful time but he thinks it was worth it and I will support him. Our primary care physician will give me a little medical support. I told her I doubt I would be able to sleep the night before his surgery due to anxiety.

Ginni2

Lucky you, Marilyn. They are adorable. Thanks for sharing. How is Mike doing? Would you say the surgery was a success?

Impie

Great shot, Marilyn... I hope she told her youngster off for sticking a tongue out at you!☺☺

Atsutsa

Triplets! Wow. She must be one busy mom with that group.
