Tarras - population 250 (sheep - thousands!)

This was like a place from the Wild West but what it did have was a merino wool shop and we left with big dents in our credit cards! Plus you could get a pretty good quiche and salad for lunch :o)
I bought myself a hot water bottle cover that was a possum pelt. Being the pest they are, they trap and use the pelts for gloves etc (and HW bottle covers) and they also mix the fur fibres with the wool which makes it even more luxurious.
Roll on next winter!
