It's a lovely old stove. Does anyone know the configuration of burners and ovens? With 9 knobs, I'd guess 5 burners and 4 ovens (2 with windows, and 2 without). Maybe 3 broilers under the 3 lower ovens, and a warmer above the upper oven?? Does anyone know?

I was the cook on a family farm (run by mostly women) and there was a wonderful cast iron cook stove in the kitchen. When we had company for breakfast the electric range couldn't handle all the pots, we'd use the cook stove, too. And there were times when it was cold outside that we'd be lazy and put whatever small amount we needed in a pot on the cook stove because that stove was always hot during the cold days. It was the most wonderful feeling to come in from working outside in snowy weather and have the most wonderful blast of warm air hit you as you came through the door. Mmmm.... :D

Yes I love it...

Yaaaassss! I can imagine the look on the woman's face when it was installed, brand new, in her kitchen! What a happy cook! Or cooks. That would cook for an army, if, in deed, all the doors are ovens and/or warmer ovens...or just storage for bakeware and cookware. It could be a whole kitchen in just one appliance. I can imagine it, stand-alone, in a tiny house.

ABSOLUTELY! My sister had a smaller version of this in her kitchen inside her 1920's house! We had one in the house I grew up in...I LOVED that thing!

Lots of storage (?). I'm learning how t cook for myself and am fine with the microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, and a 10" skillet. No need to heat the oven up for just one person.

Nice puzzle. Not a good work station for me. I am not a cook but where is the microwave : 0 ) ?

Yes, I would love to have this stove...and of course, I love to cook.

Yes, if you love cooking! No, if you're like me!
